Dr. Silberblatt is an excellent plastic surgeon to work with! He explains everything every step of the way and has excellent bedside manner. I appreciated that he was upfront and honest in what would could achieve towards my desired results.
Dr. Silberblatt, his assistant Amy and the office manager, Alice, all ensure that you know they are there for you pre and post op.
This is my second operation with Dr. Silberblatt and after extensive research of plastic surgeons throughout the Roanoke Valley and NC, he is the only one that I would trust.

I absolutely love Alice. She is always happy and so sweet all while being so professional!! Dr. Silberblatt had to help me by removing horrible breast implants done by Duke University. He is always professional, honest and truly cares.

Dr. Silberblatt recently did my breast augmentation. He is very informative and thorough. My implants are placed over the pectoral muscle and my recovery has been a breeze. Of course the two weeks after my surgery i took it easy. The staff at Dr. Silberblatt's office are kind and warm spirited and make you feel comfortable and welcome. I have nothing but great things the say about my experience.

Dr. Silberblatt along with Amy and Alice are wonderful people. Everyone was so friendly and never judgmental at all. I felt so comfortable once I got to the office. I was nervous in the beginning but they all explained everything so well. You really couldn't ask for a better place to go to have anything done. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Silberblatt is extremely knowledgable and experienced in his field of practice. His kindness rivals his knowledge- he was more than willing to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. The nursing and other healthcare staff at the office are extremely kind as well. I am always greeted with smile by all whenever I enter the office! Furthermore, the entire staff is more than willing to sit and talk with me about any questions or concerns I had, making me feel confident and comfortable in regards to the procedure and their abilities- one of the most important things to me! For this reason, among many others, Aesthetic Surgery of Virginia was the perfect choice for me. 5 stars is an understatement!

Dr Silberblatt’s exceptional knowledge, experience, kindness, professionalism and demeanor convinced me that Aesthetic Surgery of Virginia was the perfect choice in my decision to proceed with my reconstructive surgery. I am currently 2 years post op and could not be more pleased with my results. Alice, his long time receptionist, is second to none. Kathleen, his esthetician, has proven herself as top notch in her profession. If you’ve never experienced Kathleen’s micro peel, you’re missing out! 5 stars all around for ASV. Due to situations beyond my control I've had quite a lot of cosmetic surgery.some of which was done poorly and left me worse off then I was to begin with. About 4 years ago I had my first procedure with Dr. Silberblatt, not only did he do a fabulous job on that procedure but without an extra charge corrected a very ugly and serious problem left by a previous surgeon. Two weeks ago I underwent a breast lift and augmentation that came out flawless. Dr. Silberblatt. Is kind, caring and extremely gifted it takes a true gift from God to be able to make a 66 year old woman look like she's 40 but let me tell you Dr. Silberblatt is the one given such a gift.
His staff is beyond reproach. All of them

I had my first surgery with Dr. Silberblatt on 1991 and my second in 2017. Dr. Silberblatt is a wonderful surgeon. I have referred many friends over the years. He is very explanatory and doesn't rush or judge, very supportive .
