Northwest Ace Hardware

The atmosphere was very nice to shop. There were a couple of discount bins on the floor at the entrance that were interesting to look through. I was assisted by a gentleman who was kind and helpful, and gladly got someone else to assist with the Hallmark items when he was not exactly sure. Great experience, and all staff when out of their way to be helpful. The store was not too busy during my trip, and it was also fun to browse!

Added: Shopped today for some spring planting needs. There are some pretty good coupons out now as well as some specials this weekend on seasonal needs such as soils and mulch. This location was busy, with a short wait to check out and longer wait to get purchased products loaded. Pics show cute baby chicks for sale. (Pics no longer there!?) They were being excellently cared for. Great customer service support in answering my questions and getting help in loading 40 pound bags. I love this place! It's always interesting!

Shopped my favorite hardware store, bc the staff are so helpful friendly and knowledgeable! Got 5 bags of top soil for $3+ with use of coupons today! Drove to side, and staff loaded into my trunk. So easy! Had the cute chicks at the front under warming lights!

Very helpful and friendly. Much easier to get around and find what you need. Lowe’s/Home Depot not so much. And this is a neighborhood place as well.

Helpful at every level. Find the right item or how one product compares to another. Getting heavy items in your vehicle. Delivery is prompt if you need it. Ask questions you like the answers!

Convenient location with good selection of quality products. There are plenty of good deals every month especially if you are an ACE Rewards member (which is free). Most staffers are knowledgeable and helpful. David is among the most helpful and knowledgeable of any of the local hardware stores. Checkout is efficient and friendly. Better overall experience than the big box stores.
Parking can be crowded around lunch time when diners from the restaurant next door use the store's lot. Don't know if the store is okay with that or not.

They have the things that I go to Lowe's and Home Depot for, and don't find! From small odd sized bolts to garden hose adapters. And the employees are the best friendliest to be found!

Northwest is much more convenient to shop , quality items, great staff, and prices as good as any of them out there.. so get in there and see for yourself..!!

Great selections, a real hardware store.

10/10 always quality service and help when needed. Good selection of parts and tools. A bit pricier than the big box store, but this is where the locals shop.

David is easily the most helpful person I've ever dealt with at a hardware store. He found my part easily (out of a selection of hundreds), and even gave me sound advice on my project AND business. Theres no other place to go for a plumbing project than this store. Jeff was also very helpful in leading me to Davids direction even though it wasnt his department.

They have more than everything and very customer focused

Awesome service here and my very picky father agrees. I needed a tiny screw and washer. I handed it to the young man who looked it up in a reference guide very quickly. In less than 2 minutes I was good to go. Same kind of experience getting keys cut here some time ago. I choose these folks for all my hardware needs; they're consistently that good.

Very helpful with picking out a new pocket knife for Father’s Day. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Excellent customer service time and time again. If they're not too busy, the staff greet you at the door and will walk you through the store to find exactly what you need. Just slightly more expensive than Lowe's or Home Depot, but not by much and the quality of their products and service is WELL worth a few cents more.

David is awesome! All very helpful staff in general and I always leave with more stuff than I’d planned on buying in the best way!

I walked in with a broken sink faucet cartridge and went to the plumbing area.

The guy said, "can I help you?"

"Yes, I need to replace this faucet cartridge," I said, handing it to him.

He took it, walked about 5 feet over, found the right one in about 3 literal seconds, handed both back to me, and said "do you need a second?"

"Yep; you know, when the hot goes, the cold is not far off. Thanks"

Then I bought them.

It took longer to write this review than it did to get what I came for. This is capitalism at its best.
