North Berkeley Imports

North Berkeley Imports set the bar for selection and service. They offer a list of incredibly high quality, French and Italian grower-producer wines, which I think is among the best in the business. Their selection of small producer burgundy I find to be extraordinary.

This will be no surprise to those of you who do business with them, but their staff of account managers and sales people are just wonderful to work with. Brain, who manages my account, is always so gracious and helpful, he's introduced me to countless wines I would never have discovered without his help.

They ship out of state. I regularly buy from NJ and have never had a serious issue. The wine arrives well packaged every time. Shipping is typically free @ 6+ bottles.

Excellent selection, service, and conversation at NBI.

Cannot wait to make my way through the catalogue. We are especially lucky for the Burgundy selection here.

They have a great selection of wines and are happy to work with any price point- I never feel like I'm being pushed to buy something more expensive. They're also always happy to explain everything to people like me who know nothing, and they seem to know a LOT!
