I bought my Subaru Outback Limited on Sunday, and was so happy with my buying experience. Sebastian was our salesperson, and he answered all of our questions with ease and didn't rush us, which I appreciated. The rest of the employees there were also so friendly, and it made the stressful car buying experience a breeze. I had test drove a Mazda C50 and Toyota Venza the day before, but there was no question that the Outback was the right car for me. I also appreciated the fact that we were made to feel so much more comfortable at Diablo Subaru.

Had an awesome experience buying a new Subaru Forester. Jennifer our sales person was hilarious and very informative about the new features in the vehicle. It was out first time negotiating and the team at Diablo Walnut Creek went above and beyond to get us the best deal and deliver excellent customer service! When we went on a test drive, Jennifer was able to speak to every button in the car and was very reassuring to our concerns. Chris the Sales GM was also a delight to work with and even came over to congratulate us on our new vehicle before he left for the day. Everyone is fantastic, down to the Financing person Mike, he was so patient and leaned in to answering our many questions and did not rush us through reading the contract. All of the persons we had the pleasure of working with, cared about our experience and delivered with an abundance of transparency. Would highly recommend others to visit this dealership! Awesome folks to work with! The made the purchase experience very easy and super fast. Even though I came very late in the day, Everd and the team didn't rush me, they stayed late and were more than willing to work around my schedule.

Diablo Subaru is well organized dealership. I appreciate the professional help I received from Gerardo one of the Finance Manager's when I purchased a new maintenance warranty after paying off my lease. He is very knowledgeable in many faucets of the business. Mason in service is always very helpful and knowledgeable when I come in for service. I always wait while my car is serviced and find the waiting lounge upstairs well appointed.

Vehicle was ready when promised and tech apparently informed my service advisor, Mason, that a filter inside, or maybe it was near the glove box, was due to be changed. I was given the option to have it changed and being that there was a least a 90% chance that it would be another six months before my vehicle would need its next service I told Mason that I wanted to go ahead and have it changed. I was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle was still ready when promised. Extremely pleased with the service at Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek.

We came from the Central Valley to buy our new Legacy from Diablo Subaru as we had less than stellar experiences at the dealers near us. We were linked up with Eugene and placed our order for what we wanted via phone and email communication. Eugene made the process easy and painless and kept us in the loop regarding delivery timeline and price.

The car arrived a few weeks earlier than anticipated which was great. The pricing when we picked up was exactly what Eugene had quoted us when ordering; he offered some extra warranties and upgrades and did an excellent job explaining everything without making us feel pressured when we declined a lot of the extra options. I would like knock half a star of the rating as the car had a couple of scratches due to transportation during delivery; these should have been caught prior to our picking up the car, but Eugene quickly remedied the situation.

Signing the paperwork was also great even though it took a bit longer than needed as they were having printer issues. The department working on the paperwork got the wording on the title correct as we wanted a specific designation on it (I've had issues with other dealers on getting this correct in the past).

We also had an excellent virtual consultation a few weeks after purchase so someone could walk us through all the special features on the car so we can make the most of the technology the car offers.

All in all, we had a great experience. The team here was competent, honest, and friendly, which is all we wanted during our car buying experience.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received at Diablo Subaru. I had an issue with my Outback and some warranty questions, etc. Dave went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The repair was done quickly and I'm very happy. There's a reason I drove 30 miles to get service that I knew I wouldn't receive at my local dealer. Diablo Subaru will continue to be my go-to dealer for great service. Thanks!

Excellent service and communication 👏 Since I live in Brentwood, I usually have my routine oil change service done locally but had a couple of questions that prompted me to drive "over the hill". You found and fixed an oil leak that i didn't know i had and it was covered under warranty! You exceeded my expectations. It was definitely worth the time and effort to get there.

My car was in to fix a battery problem so I had a loaner for a week while waiting for the part. Skyler was my service representative and he was amazing 👏 He is a strong, effective communicator. Bent over backward 6meet my every need and gave me timely updates. And my loaner car was a 2024 Subaru Outback Touring model. If my car wasn't so new you would have had an easy sale!

Thank you, Walnut Creek Subaru, for my latest maintenance service. Once again, I received outstanding customer service from Mason Juergens! He is always very friendly and professional and clearly explains the work that needs to be performed. Mason communicated timely updates regarding additional work required to maintain the top performance of my vehicle and provided my options to move forward with the repair. Once I chose to have the work completed on the same day, he provided the status of when the work would be completed. I also appreciated that he reviewed my invoice when I picked up my car to ensure I was billed correctly. He found a billing error, and had it corrected before I paid. He also made sure my car got the complimentary car wash! Thanks, Mason, you’re AWESOME!!!!

We recently made a purchase here which we're very happy with. In particular, we want to thank Sebastian for helping us get a really great deal and for being super responsive throughout the whole process! We're also grateful that we were able to keep the car here while getting insurance figured out.

The selection was great and I was able to find a model that met my needs and price point. The negotiations were easy and I was able to meet at and agreeable price with a very fair trade in value with minimal back and forth. I appreciated not feeling like I was going toe to toe with the sales manager to make the deal. Once the terms were met the finance office got me in and out in less that 30 minutes. One of the least stressful buying experiences. Looking forward to the next 3 years with my Outback onyx edition!
