I’ve been going to this CVS for at least 10 years. Never once did I have a problem. The staff are helpful. The store is clean. Large parking lot. Even back in the day with Covid and all of the issues with vaccinations, some times one may need to wait, but they do a great job. Even though the techs giving shots one after another, they manage to be pleasant and caring. Of all the CVS’s around Berkeley, this one is the best!

I had the most positive experience at this pharmacy. The woman in charge was positive, upbeat, gracious, helpful and efficient. The pharmacy was well staffed, well lit and they had people in and out quickly. They helped me get a script I'd been trying to get for 2 days. Nobody but them had it in stock and filled it in less than 10 min. This is my pharmacy from here out. Such a relief after the horrible service at Walgreens!

A pharmacist named Nunu asked me (upon seeing my prescription wasn’t covered by insurance) whether I’d like her to check for a coupon or something… “sure why not?” She saved me hundreds of dollars just now!!! Plus she was super nice. Pleasant. And the line was moving at a good clip. I was at another pharmacy in Berkeley these past few years and through no fault of their own I’m sorry to say it was becoming a disaster to go there. This was a remarkably pleasant and refreshing surprise. Thanks, Nunu!!!!

The pharmacy staff was particularly helpful in sorting out which medication needed to be processed when and told me everything will be ready in 10 minutes, and then exceeded that expectation calling me back to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine,
