I’ve been going to Core Cat Pilates for over a decade because I love how Victoria embodies the spirit of pilates. She is highly skilled as well as a calm and compassionate instructor. The pacing of classes is always just right, and I leave feeling very positive about myself and the workout. I love her music selection and her space has a lovely vibe - all these enhance my experience and often improve my mood!
