Float, Floatation Center & Art Gallery

This float center is so groovy! The staff is thorough, friendly, and professional. I've been going here for about a year and have had great experiences every time. The mint tea after floating is a touch only they offer! Plus, it's constantly evolving as a art exhibit. Every time I come in I get exposed to super cool new mediums of visual art and after floating it is supreme to chill and soak up the culture.

Highly recommend for veterans but especially for first time floaters

I can't say enough about this place...it's amazing! To be weightless for an hour is a pretty phenomenal experience. Your body essentially disappears. I've been doing a lot of yoga & running my muscles have been really sore...an hour in the tank and all the soreness was gone. Same goes for after a long day of being a massage therapist/yoga instructor...feeling tired & tense...after floating I'm refreshed & back to normal. I've even fallen asleep in the tank a couple times...ultra relaxing. I'm totally addicted.

When you're done floating they'll make you some tea...you can sit on the comfy couch in the middle of the art gallery and take in all the beautiful work that changes regularly. So there's always something new to see.

A coworker told me about this place a few months back, so I bought the three pack deal on Groupon and gave it a shot. It's great. It helps relieve stiffness in my back, soreness in my muscles, and gets rid of stress. I've been here at least fifteen times and can say that the place it clean, the staff is friendly, the floats are relaxing, and the post-float tea is good.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect coming here for my first time and the location is definitely tricky without google maps. The solo worker was extremely friendly and the atmosphere calming. There's a short explanation when you first arrive and after showering you're allowed to go to your flotation tank. I won't describe the flotation since it would be too long of a review but afterwards I felt calm and my muscles were relaxed. For the next few days I also noticed it seemed like the volume of life was turned down and things didn't bother me as easily. I would definitely try this again in about 6 months.

I have been floating since 1978, and I have floated in many places around the world. This is a great float experience. Also, I float to get relief from painful injuries, so I rely on this company's service. The tanks and the facility are well maintained and super clean. Alison and Craig are very kind and considerate towards me and towards all other customers who I've met there, and I've met a lot as I've been floating here for years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I completed my very first float today. My experience here was so informative and comprehensive. From the explanation of the benefits, to the showering process before and after, and the tea at the end, it was a prime experience. I feel so very relaxed after my first float. I will definitely be back!

When you need any escape from your thoughts, the world and the people around you, FLOAT is the place to go. One hour in the Samadhi sensory deprivation tanks will purify your soul. The feeling of weightlessness gives a sense of calm and helps relieve aches and tensions in the body. It also helps clear the mind for meditation. When you come out of the tank, you are greeted by helpful and kind staff that are knowledgeable and courteous. The art gallery is the most inspiring part of the experience. The freedom of creativity and self expression amongst customers adds a new dimension to the experience. Not to mention they are always having great monthly deals on floats. This place is truly amazing. A hidden gem.

If you've never done this do it. it's quite an adventure. It really doesn't cost that much in the scheme of things and basically what happens is your in a tank floating in water in the dark after a while you don't know whether you're awake or asleep but you get very relaxed.The very 1st time I thought I was awake.It does turn off your senses so the only thing that's really happening is your brain. Like I said I thought I was awake and when they tapped on the door for me to come out I woke up. It was amazing.

First time experience and it is life changing. Not in the epiphany but in the mind calming kind. I did experience some auditory things and visual things. As far as auditory I heard people laughing and dogs barking but there was no one there and also I saw green and purple lights. I felt calm and peaceful and it’s great to calm your mind.

Awesome. The owner Alison is very helpful and has a ton of knowledge. Craig who works there also is so helpful and very accommodating. I have been floating here for a couple of years and have suggested their service to many people. This place is a gem.

I was laboring with a horrible migraine. A beautiful mild day was unbearable hot, bright, I had an intense stabbing sensation in my forehead and endeavored to sleep the migraine away.

Instead I unexpectedly ended up at Float after Allison confidently mentioned a float would eliminate my migraine.

I had an hour float. An hour of deep rest and relaxation. Floating, snoring and healing. When I awoke I immediately sensed a shift in my migraine. I was expecting it to be lighter yet there instead the migraine was completely gone!

The Floatation Center and Art Gallery is back in operation. The service is excellent. The experience is very relaxing. If you want to reduce stress treat yourself to a Float.

I've used their service once and need to go back I talk about it all the time and share my experience with all my clients who are open to it....the Art Gallery is definitely a plus and a site to see everytime I have come to see just the art
