Great store with brands I like

This discount store looks very nice and well orginized. However, the items in it are still very expensive but cheaper than in overpriced Nordstrom. Nordstrom Rack prices, i think, are the real prices of Nordstrom, one person opinion. Selections of items for men in this store, i think, is very weak. Therefore, on line this store has away more choices and of course discounts. For example, I spent some time in this store looking for men's clothes and sadly to say i couldn't find a single item i like and want to purchase. If the item was very nice and the material was good, the size was too large. If the size was right, the color of the item was not really very attractive. And, if the color was good and the size was right, it was unfortunately away more expensive than the average discounted price in this store. If the item was made in the USA i would understand why it is so expensive and likely to purchase it. However, it was not made in the USA but in other countries around the world. In fact, i could not see even a single item made in the USA. Maybe there is one, but i haven't seen any. For women's clothing the situation might be different. But for men's, this is what it is. Otherwise, i received enjoyment and satisfaction.

We went to buy Hoka shoes. The shoe racks were well organized by size. Prices were about 20 percent less. Most shoes were in open boxes. Lots of name brand clothes, bags, luggage, purses and perfumes. Plenty of parking. Check out was fast.

Good attention clean place good food and good enough prices

The trick is to do Rack online then when you return items take them back to a store and see what they have. The designer racks in San Leandro can be really great.

Lots of inventories, always busy but the checkout line moves fast

Very happy as wife has difficulty with her sizes and the Rack is almost always able to get it right..

They've got quality and genuine clothing and shoes.

THE EMPLOYEE NAMED***CHRIS**** HELPED ME OUT WITH MY CREDIT CARD ISSUE, MY MERCHANDISE AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT... THE LINE WAS AROUND THE CORNER OF RACKS, MORE THAN A DOWN PEOPLE WERE THERE IN LINE READY TO CHECK OUT AND THESE GUYS/LADIES THAT WITH HERE ON THE CASH REGISTERS.. ^^^•••***GOOD JOB***^^^

This Nordstrom Rack has the best customer service in my opinion. The manager has been there for 15 year's or more. She makes sure her employees are great with the customers, and that is big for me.

This day a few of the ladies were rude and dismissive, if your tired, take a break! One black woman noticed it and treated me like a valued customer; thank you! There's a lot of choices out here folks, remember that!

Been shopping here for years!!! Great selections and prices. I never walk out empty handed. Don't sleep on their shoe clearance sales! Sales people are very pleasant and helpful!!! Nordstrom Rack at Marina Square is my favorite Rack store in the area!!!
