Laurel Ace Hardware

I had ordered 2 panes of window glass for a garage over the phone. The pleasant employee took my measurement order over the phone and had the glass ready for me when I arrived within 30 minutes.

I’m giving 5 stars because everyone was very helpful. Other than that the products were a little overpriced. I bought a plumbing multi tool for 33.00 I know they have them at Home Depot for 20.00. But Home Depot wasn’t close so I guess you pay for convenience.

And very welcoming. They have a huge selection just be ready to go upstairs I had to stretch my legs and warm up my knees.

Love that they expanded upstairs. Good selection for such a small place. Helpful staff as well.

Staff are the nicest and so helpful! Jayson helped me find the right sized fluorescent bulb for my old lamp. Ralph patiently waited while I fussed with it to make sure it works. Everything I needed was here and easy to find.

My Family has just moved near Laurel Ace Hardware Store. We had frequented it years ago and found it just as friendly, professional and knowledgeable Staff, especially Tom and the precious young Lady who checked out my purchases, when my new debit card wouldn't take my pin. Looking forward to our next visit there soon.

I love the new remodel with the upstairs super organized and a knowledgeable person to take you straight to what you need, whether it is drill bits, screws, tools or odd items.I appreciate the parking lot for quick in & out for repair items, a key made, a household item. It has a personal, friendly feel that has been missing in the past. And that I don't get at the huge Home D store here.
A year later, thos is still my go-to hardware store!

Just stopped by our local ACE Hardware and purchased a grill so we can start BBQing at home! The store was busy this AM — all o’ the employees were helping each customer as best as they could!!

Christina assisted us w/ our purchase & provided exceptional customer service! Christina gave us “door to door” service (from the checkout counter to the grill in the car :)). Super friendly, super fast, super helpful… just super!!

This ACE in Laurel has always been a great place to shop. But today’s customer service inspired me to leave this review!

Great local hardware store. Compared to Grand Lake Ace, the employees are not as friendly, helpful, or attentive, but still way better than Home Depot. The store has more inventory and selection compared to the Grand Lake Ace.

Laurel Ace has been serving this neighborhood for over 100 years, and with the recent renovations to their upstairs and nursery space, they have more selection than ever. They have a friendly, helpful staff that cares about their customers.

In comparison to many big box stores, the employees really know their products and will spend time helping find the right product or solution for their customers. For people who already know exactly what they want, they also offer the ability to buy online and pick up your order at the store.

Like many other brick and mortar retail locations, they've had some staffing shortages and supply shortages, but even when the recent heavy rain brought a wave of customers looking for leak remediation, they kept a positive attitude and did their absolute best to find alternative solutions to help their customers weather the storms. I really appreciate Ace's model of local ownership, and especially this long-standing neighborhood location!

They recently expanded and have a surprisingly great selection of just about everything.

While this place isn’t as huge as a big box store, they have almost everything to fit your needs. If you can’t seem to find what you’re looking for, it’s probably in the upstairs section. The staff are really great and helpful too if you can’t locate what you need. This place also has ample parking.

Had to make a run for supplies to deal with a minor home emergency. Large enough store with everything I needed, but without the hassle of big box. Super helpful and friendly staff (especially Jimmy).

I really.like this store. The people who work there are helpful and friendly. They almost always have what I seek. I've found just what I needed on the garden department recently and in kitchen wares. They have a good selection of tools, too. There's a good feeling about the place. I've been shopping there for a few years.

Great selection of items at good prices. Every time I've come for something they have it, and the one time (they didn't have a mailbox cover) they special ordered it for me.

Helpful staff, well organized with both indoor and outdoor supplies.

During covid 19 they are practicing social distancing but helping the line moving quickly. Great local business.

Easy to find parking in the lot provided. Very helpful and friendly staff. There is always one nearby to help you find the parts you needed. Highly recommended a visit if you need something quick for your small project.

Jimmy helped me look for and find 4 bulbs for two new light fixtures yesterday. He was so patient with a great sense of humor. He made my day! Love my local Ace hardware.
