Long gone are the days of every town having a local family owned bookstore, but Jenny and Muir have kept that tradition alive here in Hood River! With a recent remodel, you won’t be disappointed when you browse a fluid and up to date collection of your favorite books as well as stickers, cards, and fun gifts perfect for stocking stuffers or last minute birthday gifts. They even have a little area dedicated for your little shopping partners if you need to set them down for a minute while you shop. Miss the old store feel and it’s historic signature carpet?! They have you covered with some nostalgic swag to bring home your bag of books and bookmark your favorite pages!

Finally got a chance to stop here. Great bookstore run by great people! I own a bookstore in Montana and always love stopping at other indie bookstores. ❤ I always find something fun on the staff picks.

Have been looking for a somewhat rare book for a bit & wanting to score it in an indy shop. These guys said they could get it for me in 2 days and they did.

Nice selection of books. Children's books, fiction, nonfiction, etc. Some stationery materials. Toys for younger children. Selection of puzzles. Other assorted items including kitchenware!

This bookstore has been open as long as I can remember, which is quite a feat in a smaller town. It's not the largest store but it always has a good selection and feels very warm & inviting. Makes a great stop on a snowy winter day.
