Our friends and family look forward to their infused olive oil and fresh variety of vinegars every year! The truffle oil is devine and only needs a small serving to flavor an entire dish.

Great for baking, on salads, and as a dip, the flavors of Arome are a not-to-be-missed stop in downtown Hood River!

Cute little shop with perfectly curated items to bring your culinary creations to the next level. We bought some great seasoning salt to switch up our trout and tofu dishes.

I was looking for some local floral flavored shrub and was immediately directed towards the elderflower whit balsamic. Highly recommend for a refreshing soda water beverage with some cucumber or mint. If you’re feeling really jazzy; soda water, gin, rosemary, and some black pepper with this stuff and a lemon peel is my true recommendation.

As great as this shop is, the customer service is really what makes them special.

Beautiful shop… fantastic variety spices, flavored olive oils, flavored vinegars & chocolates, complimentary samples & recipe cards. Sunday afternoon ROBBIE was the salesperson on duty: very knowledgeable, funny & welcoming. There were 3 of us & we bought numerous items upon his recommendations & sampling! We will be back!

With a light, airy, and open shop, Janice the owner, is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She carries specialty teas, vinegars, olive oils, salts, sugars, spices, books, baskets, and quality kitchen gadgets. The shop is set up to allow you to smell and taste virtually everything. Janice happily made a sample of tea which was delicious. Taste cups allow you to try the vinegars and oils. She accepts credit cards and Apple Pay. We joined the rewards program and we'll be back.

Definitely check this place out! It’s downtown Hood River and has a fantastic selection of quality teas including multiple chai’s, greens, herbals, even puerh tea. Wonderful selection of spices, infused vinegars and oils for great prices considering the quality. They are also willing to do special orders just in case you can’t find your obscure spice in their wide selection! I’m so happy there is a spice shop here now, let’s keep them around!

Everything Arome sells makes dinner feel like a special occasion! My favorites are the Garlic infused olive oil and the Madras Curry. Great customer service compliments the wide variety of products.

Really helpful staff with a lot of delicious flavors of vinegar and olive oil. Great place to buy gifts for out of town friends and family. Just sent my mom the hazelnut oil from here :) awesome business!

The store can be quite spendy but the price suits the quality of your merchandise you are purchasing. I love the customer service here the staff are just so nice. Whenever we come to Mt. Hood we make it a point to get seasonings from here!!!!
