Angela was very sweet and patient. She helped me out tremendously and made switching/upgrading my phone over a breeze. I appreciated her honesty and opinions on which iphone (8/X) was the better choice for what I needed and would utilize more. She wasn’t pushy about the process, she gave me options and explained them to me and let me come to my own decisions on everything. I HIGHLY appreciated it, because I fully understood my future bill and products I got before I left the store. Awesome person and service, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new phone or service. Thanks Angela!

Dani was wonderful. We had our account blocked with a pending order that prevented us from upgrading but she stuck it through the 1.5+ hrs to get us the exact plan we needed as well as the patience to work with technical support and communicate the necessary pieces of information. I would highly suggest her to any of my friends to get assistance from Verizon. She also should deserve a raise, promotion or bonus for her efforts. All in all I was very pleased with the assistance

I went into Alameda Landing Verizon to get a SIM card for my refurbished phone and even though I wasn’t making the biggest purchase that day Alex made me feel like a VIP. He helped me find the best screen protector for my phone and even applied it for me and helped me put on my case! He was super generous with his time and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Will definitely be going back.

I wish I could give 10 stars, this store has amazing customer service! I worked with Marvin and he was excellent. Greg and Jerry also assisted me as well. They all had great energy and they were also very knowledgeable on all of the products in the store! I would say this is the best experience I have ever had in customer service. They all need raises lol thank you again Marvin, Greg, and Jerry you were all amazing!!

My experience has been very pleasant and easy going. The representative Blanca was very knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciate her patience and follow through dispute a busy day. We had a wonderful experience at this location. People were warm and professional, going out of their way to help us. Dani, who was on her 2nd day on the job, even came out to our car to help us get the blue tooth synced. She is going to be a super star for sure! We will definitely come back to this location!!!

Dani!! Dani is amazing! I went in for what was supposed to be a quickish errand. It turned out taking a lot lot lot longer than expected. It was nobody’s fault but my own for not backing up my cloud for far too long. Dani was more than accommodating to my day spent at Verizon. She’s quick with the wit and banter. I got to watch her with many other customers and she was just as sweet and helpful to every single one of them. I will be dealing with Dani for all issues Verizon from now on. We had an amazing experience with Jessica at the Verizon store today -- maybe the best ever?! We walked in and were helped immediately. My boyfriend was looking to upgrade his phone, and Jessica went above and beyond to help us. She was knowledgable about the products and helped him to select the right phone for him. Then she helped to switch plans to find the most cost effective for him, and then supported switching over the memory between phones, which she continued to support us on even after we left the store. In short, VERY happy customers. Thank you, Jessica!

Greg, was the most helpful person I have met at Verizon. He took time to answer all my questions and solve all my phone and picture problems. He took the time to educate me on the new phones and help me pick out the one that would be the most helpful to me. He then answered my next round of questions and got me all set up to go with my new phone. He is a great asset to Verizon and a great person with people skills and sales skills. He will go far. Walked into Alameda Verizon store hoping to glance around and instead I walked away with a brand new phone. The Verizon team and atmosphere were beyond excellent, everyone was friendly and beyond helpful. I recommend this store to anyone who needs any help with anything! They are amazing and helpful!

Paul and I were among a few people who didn’t have a smart phone as we did not have a need to get one. In addition to a cell phone, Paul always carried a tablet and I carried a smart phone for work. However, a month ago, our teenage son insisted that he needed a smart phone. We bought 3 smart phones online through Verizon. Paul and my son started using the phones as soon as the phones arrived while I was on a business trip to the east coast. After I got back, I was told that Verizon was not able to remotely transfer the information saved in the old phones to the new ones. Next day, we visited Cellular Sales (a Verizon authorized store) and met with Michael Morrison. Michael opened a box and took a while to find out the correct cable for Paul’s old phone and started the transferring of contacts, photos, etc. While waiting for the transfer to complete, Michael unboxed and set up my new phone. It took many trials to figure out the cable that worked on my old phone and a much longer time to complete the transfer because the phone was in a quite old version and I had a lot of contacts and other saved information. Together, Michael worked more than 2 hours to complete the job.

Michael was friendly, easy to talk to, patient, and knowledgeable. He handled the work very professionally. We are completely satisfied with the result. The store is in a convenient location, and has a good atmosphere as well as chairs for customers. We felt welcome as soon as we got into the store. We are lucky to have such a store in Alameda and will definitely visit this store again when there is a need.

Dani and Tim helped me when my phone spontaneously erased itself. They spent over an hour helping me restore over a decade of contacts even though it wasn't specifically a Verizon issue, and we're incredibly helpful and patient and emotionally supportive the whole time! They are the best.

Greg was super helpful and informative/ knowledgeable. He got me in and out in a timely manner, as well, which is a major plus given that new phones/data transfers usually take a while. It’s one of the best experiences I had and efficient! I’d recommend going to this store and 100% recommend Greg!

This is my go-to Verizon store. Not too busy, very clean and excellent customer service! Plenty of parking too! Just added a new line to my son's iPhone and it was fast and easy. Jack was not only very helpful but very knowledgeable. No big sales pitch - just great customer service. I would highly recommend this store to all Verizon customers or anyone interested in switching over.

Working with LeeAnn was a fun and easy experience. She helped me choose a new phone, replace that phone when I lost it a week later, and set up the replacement when it came in. LeeAnn explained all of my options in a friendly way, and didn't pressure me into buying extra accessories. She has a great, positive attitude. Best Verizon experience I've ever had!

Daniel was awesome and provided great customer service. He exhibited copious amounts of patience while my phone backed-up and recommended some great products that made my purchase more complete. I would absolutely go back to Cellular Sales because of him.

We went in to get myself a new IPhone 7 plus and we walked out with a new one one for my boyfriend as well. Plus we picked up a couple portable waterproof speakers. I unexpectedly had to renew my smart phone. Needless to say I was not in the best mood when I walked into the Alameda Landing Verizon store. As soon as LeeAnn met me at the door with a smile and firm handshake, I knew this might turn out OK. As I explained my situation (SURPRISE, I need a new phone!) she identified the best bundle that would meet my needs without breaking the bank. From helping me compare devices, through set up and payment, her customer service and professional demeanor were second to none. She made sure all of my questions were answered and my experience enjoyable.
