I look forward to each session with Dr. Magda! She is delightful and her space is beautiful. I first saw Magda last year for PT for a hip injury; and now I have started seeing her for Pilates fitness. For PT, I really appreciated her unique approach which combines hands-on PT (including tissue massage) with Pilates strengthening exercises and stretches. I feel so lucky to have her support! Compared to experiences with three other physical therapists, Dr. Magda has provided the best care by far. I feel like she is completely committed to my well-being, and I am confident that with everything I am learning from her that I can better avoid injuries in the future. I recommend her highly!

I was having many complications with my back and arms while working out at various group classes and through working with me one on one Magda was able to pinpoint and target specific areas I needed to work on and that's when I started to see drastic improvements in my exercise routine! Finding P.ilaT.es - Physical Therapy & Pilates was such a gift for me. I had practices Pilates years ago but when I met Magda and learned about her practice, I knew that it was meant to be. Dr. Magda Boulay has rare qualities for a health-care professional and I have had the privilege of working with her for over 5 years. She is beyond competent, caring, and professional.She takes the time to plan and implement treatment/instruction which is tailored for the specific needs of each individual. Mine happened to be getting strength, flexibility, and range of motion for a specific sport. She spent a great deal of time tailoring a plan for me that worked better than I imagined. In addition to all her professional skills, she is very easy to be around and is truly a good and nice person.
