Great first time experience here. The store was nice and the staff were friendly. I appreciate the underground parking despite the tight fit with the entrance/exit.

Upon stepping into Whole Foods Market, I discovered more than just a typical grocery store. It's a haven for diverse tastes and preferences. From convenient meal solutions to the highest quality standards, the variety is impressive.

What caught my eye were the local, organic, and non-GMO choices, accommodating even specific diets like paleo, vegan, and vegetarian. The bakery section teased with tempting treats, and the fresh salads looked vibrant. Flowers, coffee—there's something for every craving.

As a bonus, Prime members enjoy extra savings on their favorites across the store. Whole Foods Market offers a delightful shopping experience, celebrating quality, diversity, and convenience.

Of all the new places I've been lately this one tops, easily, as the BEST!!
So many subjects to go over so let's start:
Crew: when I go to a new place the first thing I do is try to interact with its personal to get theirs feelings about the place and at this one I couldn't find anyone who was not content with the place plus pleasant & eager to assist customers.
All my questions were answered promptly.
Products: Simply the best overall selection you can possibly find!
GREAT variety, spotless PRESENTATION and unquestionable QUALITY. Meat, Seafood and frozen are overwhelming.
Space: Overall an industrial look with ample space for your shopping. Spotless floor.
The only issue is the VERY SMALL area where you can seat down to savior your just bought meal. It feels crowded.
Price: If you want a product of unquestionable quality the price will follows. I would say prices are similar to the ones practiced in such places like Berkley Bow but if you have the patience and time you can find good prices.
Parking: It's has a parking space in the lower level of the building but it is smaller than I expected and also it is not well signed. If you driving on Telegraph as soon as you cross 51 Street you have to turn into Claremont and immediately turn into Clarke.
To finish this review I want to say that I took a kitchen chef with over 23 years of experience in the restaurant business to know the place and she was very pleased with it.

Lovely market with a great selection of food, yes, of course, bit wines! And cosmetics! And
when I wrote food, I meant both fresh and packaged items. The only issue with the store is that they may not carry the brand you’re looking for if you’re coming from another chain, but W.F. will have a healthier tastier alternative.

Been a WF shopper for ages and really like this one. Well curated selection of Japanese Whiskey of all things! I was there this past Thanksgiving to pick up my catered dinner and was helped by Luz - she had me out the door with everything I needed in six minutes flat. Guess I'll be back for Christmas!

Kind of confusing the first time you go. You park underground via Clarke street. Once you go to the garage its easy to follow signs to the whole foods entrance. Parking is free.
I stopped by to pick up some lunch, I got a deli sandwich, which was excellent. The store is very clean, their bathrooms are also very clean.

Super helpful personnel, I've learned to use the confusing Amazon app, the hot food bar is fantastic, and I'm Italian and I think their pizza rocks. 🤪😘😘😘 and the underground parking is absolutely a fantastic game changer. My go to place. And one of the few places that has super fresh red dandelions. 😍😍😍😍

This has to be the most wonderful Whole Foods location in the country! I’ve been to many… the staff is the best part. So nice. So welcoming. So smiley! The place is so serene. I usually spend 1-2 hours just slowly wandering because it is that relaxing. They have a great selection, always everything I’m looking for. Parking garage downstairs is very convenient when it’s raining and you are directly inside the building. It never feels too crowded and I think that’s by design of the whole store. Perfection!

It's bigger than the one by my house so there's a lot more to choose from in that's always good for a whole foods

Conveniently located neighborhood Whole Foods market. Good produce, many vegan foods and products. Clean, well lit. Friendly, helpful personnel. Free off street parking in underground garage.

One of the better Whole Foods. Convenient location and layout. Major mention for their bakery department, we ordered a birthday cake (fruit layer cake) from there and it was sincerely the best I've ever had. All guests agreed. Also a shoutout to the amazing cashier who gave my son a sugar cane. Great spirit.

Very very nice. Lots of staff they were still getting there bearings but everything was clean and orderly to a t. Some good discounts to only make it half a paycheck hahaha

I never really been inside this Whole Foods, but people I know think it's cool.

So pleasant to be in a Whole Foods where there are no long lines! It is an oddly laid out store and slightly lower in stock (due to its newness, I was told). Nonetheless, the staff was helpful, the store was beautifully clean and I nearly cheered when I realized I did not have to wait in a long line.

My recent visit to the Whole Foods Temescal/Oakland location was spectacular! The store was very clean and bright, below ground parking was very convenient, and the overall environment was inviting. Specifically, I came to the store to have lunch with a family member. We decided to get made-to-order sandwiches. Tashe and J.C. were the Whole Foods representatives who were making the sandwiches - they were both professional, patient and pleasant. They recommended two sandwiches which we thoroughly enjoyed - Horseradish Beef Sandwich and Pastrami Reuben. The sandwich ingredients were very fresh and the portions were extremely generous. I was impressed with how well Taste and J.C. worked together as a team - I could tell that they took pride in their work and wanted customers to feel valued. Please share these positive comments with them and any other relevant store managers/personnel. They deserve to be recognized for their excellent work ethic. Thank you.

Grand opening today! Everything was stocked well, really organized overall super excited about this location. One weird thing though is that check stands are located in the center of the building, which appears to be a dead zone for my LTE network to connect, so it was difficult to pull up my Amazon account using the app due to placement of the check stands. Overall, very nice location, and a beautiful layout

Smaller Whole Foods. Easy to navigate. Good produce. All the essentials. You can find some bargains and many reasonably priced items. Enough free parking. Overall, a nice experience.

Convenient, well-stacked and predictably overpriced. Not as good as Berkeley Bowl. Less likely to get car-jacked than at the Safeway on College. Overall, it's compact, quick and has free, relatively secure parking.

The store is always clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy to find items. Fresh good quality. Easy parking.
