Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hood River, an IHG Hotel

I was very pleased with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Hood River. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The check-in process with very well. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows are the bed.

The free breakfast was as good as most. The location was very good for visiting the Hood River area.

I was happy with the value of what I received for what I paid for.

We only stayed for 1 night, but booked over the phone and the concierge was very helpful and polite. Morning staff at check out were very friendly. Our room was very clean (no smell), the lights in the bathroom where nice and bright and overall very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was very good, scrabbled eggs, milk in cartons, fruit and more.

Check in was quick and easy. Shree was awesome! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. I was disappointed that there was no waffle maker and the pancake maker was not working. The location is great. Fast food nearby as well as grocery and a convenience store. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Overall a great place to stay.

Wow! First stay in forever that exceeded my expectations! They gave us clean towels and emptied garbage after our first night! Easy check in! The key cards worked! We spend 30 days a year in hotels and for one to go right is amazing!

Great place to stay, has nice amenities in the room like makeup wipes and shower essentials. We enjoyed our stay! But the hot tub was a bit dirty and the pull out mattress felt like just a sheet placed over springs. We did still use the hot tub and enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Holiday Inns are always our favorite

Sarah was a very helpful and wonderful person to have had there giving full comfort and attention to us much love. A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful town thank you Sarah for the wonderful service and hospitality. Will return.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Hood River for a week in July 2023. Courtney was exceptionally helpful both before our arrival (with some adjustments to our reservation) and during our stay--both professional and personable. Greatly appreciate her. Hope the management takes good care of her.

I was so disappointed in my room there was something that looked like Kleenex on the floor near the couch in a few spots. The bathroom didn't have any body soap but did have hair shampoo and conditioner. The bathroom was clean.The carpet had stains on it .If I wasn't so tired I would have switched rooms .

Brought us extra towels. Extra bedding provided for pullout. Under pullout hadn't been vacuumed in at least a little while. Rest of room seemed clean though. Hotel was full, but quiet, which is very good. Breakfast buffet was either out of stuff or very basic.

Holiday Inn Hood River. Great mattress, quiet sleep, nicely renovated, friendly and helpful reception, pool and hot tub, we recommend this hotel and would like to return.

Ferral was so amazing. She was funny and very accommodating. She made our stay very enjoyable.

Every where we go as long as there’s a Holiday Day Inn Express we always stay there. So my review will always be bias in their favor because I love these places lol They’re always consistent on looking modern, having a good price and most importantly free hot breakfast all over the country.

Very clean!. The manager crystal is absolutely amazing. I booked 8 rooms for 6 months and she was just stunning with making sure I was happy with our rooms and rate and just asking what all she could do to make this an awesome stay. Put me in a suit!. Just awesome staff. Hotel is very clean and remodeled. Rooms are FANSTIC. I highly recommend!.

New location. The shower is nice with great shower head & water pressure. They had an ingenious outlet in the bathroom with an integrated nightlight — so helpful to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The beds are very comfortable, with integrated nightstands. It’s very close to some nice shops / restaurants. The breakfast is pretty good too for being complementary.

Words can't describe how amazing this place&employees are... they give 100%and worth the price. We got charged a good bit higher for booking third party knowingly but still worth it. Outstanding bfast, the egg white omelettes are to die for. The pool was honestly too cold personally for the 3 of us but really enjoyed the hot tub!!

We had an amazing stay. The room was super clean and the grab and go breakfast was nice. The front desk was amazing after we had a small accident in our room. Such great customer service. We'll definitely be back.

Most importantly, this hotel was one-hundred-percent covid-19 safety compliant.Signs clearly posted. Hand sanitizer easily available. Front desk staff setting a good example for the guests.

Room was clean, ultra-modern, and comfortable.I was given a room on the parking lot side of the hotel because the front desk clerk said it was the quietest location. there is a taco Bell on the other side and people sit in the Drive-Thru line blasting their radio. Thankfully I did not have to experience that.

If you're visiting Hood River, I definitely recommend this hotel.not really walking distance to the city center, but they have convenient parking.

Nice Holiday Inn Express. Stayed in King suite, room was big and very clean. Two relatively large LCD TV's, comfortable bed and quality bedding. Close to everything with easy access. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Hood River recently after becoming stranded on the way home from Portland due to bad weather conditions. The Inn was clean with full modern day amenities. I had a restful sleep while I kept up on the weather report. Enjoyed a nice breakfast (eggs, bacon and biscuits with gravy) with coffee the following morning.

I then went out to my vehicle only to find it buried in several inches of snow. Luckily, the hotel had a sweeper and scraper tool. I went to borrow it and Jeff and Oscar, some of the hotel's staff, stepped in and took over. They unearthed my vehicle and then went as far as assisting me with my tire chains (I was dreading the task).

I was so taken back by the level of guest service. It was a very impressive experience for me. My husband who could not get to me was especially grateful to them. Without a doubt this will be our first choice for lodging in Hood River. We appreciate an establishment that prioritizes their guests' experience, and Holiday Inn Express in Hood River is just such an establishment.

Ended up needing to get a room unexpectedly while passing through in the middle of the night.
Manged to get one thanks to Erik at the front desk.
Check in was super easy, the room is very clean, and I expect no issues with check out.
