DELICIOUS! BLTG sandwich is great. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and I also added Turkey. Toasted bread was outstanding. Generous portions of ingredients. Everything tastes fresh. The bacon was cooked to perfection. This place also has wonderful breakfast sandwiches.

I have no idea how they fit 8 kinds of awesome in this breakfast sandwich! Get Brian’s special, it’s loaded with bacon, spinach, egg and a huge slice of avocado. A little melted cheese and a perfectly toasted English muffin filled my belly with joy. It was perfect every single bite! As a sandwich should be it was busting at the seams and a little bit messy. I have no review for the coffee (I sipped a chamomile tea) but I would go out of my way for the sandwich alone. First experience here and the staff was friendly without being overwhelming. The music is pumping and atmosphere is mellow for nearly 8 in the morning. Sit at the bar and watch the traffic pass by while you bliss out on some fantastic grub!

Ordered the Bryan special and substituted the bacon for sausage (good size patty).big breakfast sandwich compared to other places if you love avocado this sandwich is for you definitely coming back wen I’m in the area.

Easy to find with Google maps. Free uncovered parking. Limited seating with only five tables inside. Love their breakfast menu.

Based on previous reviews I ordered Brian’s special and they delivered! The bacon was super crispy and the avocado slices lived up to the hype. The lovely lady who helped me out was super friendly. It’s a stacked sandwich so I recommend eating it there fo sho.

the best kept secret in the bay area....no lie. All of their sandwiches will leave you with a forever craving that will make you go out of your way, stay and hang around to digest then order another!!!!!

The beacon egg and cheese on an English muffin was delicious. One of the best I've had since moving to the Bay Area.

It’s true - Brian’s Special is the Best breakfast sandwich around, to be honest they are all tasty. Be prepared for a 10-15min wait for food. The lattes and espressos always hit the mark. A true neighborhood hidden gem.

Great breakfast deal. I needed a fork and knife to eat my breakfast sandwich. First time ever. So much bacon. In the era of the ever shrinking breakfast sandwich, Kefa Coffee stands alone. Staff very friendly and nice jazz music to listen to while you eat. I'll be back.

Visited this place a few years ago and was incredibly pleased with the breakfast sandwiches!

After the gym I was really craving a high quality breakfast sandwich nearby and this was the spot :D

I got the bacon, egg and cheese on a English muffin and it was DELICIOUS!

My only critique would be the option to have cheddar cheese instead of swiss just because that's more down my alley..

I came back the next day and added spinach to the B-E-C sandwich and it was AWESOME! I recommend calling in if you're on the go because it takes about 15-20 minutes. They're reputable and busy specially during commute hours.

Kefa Coffee is a hidden treasure. I've passed it countless times but stopped by for a coffee today. What a great choice! The coffee is great. I had the Jingletown sandwich and it was delicious. But most important, the service was outstanding. I wish I'd got the name of the barista -- she deserves a raise. She was both personable and super efficient at keeping the line moving. Thanks for a great lunch!

Great location for all forms of transportation. Close to bus and Bart. Friendly service and great food. My bacon, egg, and cheese on English muffin was delicious. Bacon was crispy and plentiful (4 slices), eggs and cheese were cooked perfectly as well. The English muffin was light and crispy on the outside and had a awesomely soft center from the heat of the food. My partner had Turkey, egg, cheese and spinach on English muffin and enjoyed it as much as I did mine.

Still the best! Great breakfast sandwiches, try the Brian's sandwhich. Its got healthy amounts of avocado, spinach, egg, and bacon! The lunch sandos look good too, about to try them. Beautiful mural on the back wall too! Thanks for contributing to and providing for the community.

I recommend Brian's sandwich. The size is not too small nor too big--just enough to start the day. The avocado, egg, and spinach balances out the saltiness of the bacon. I definitely would get the same thing when I come back.

Have been here twice for mocha and an egg sandwich (reminds me of my days working near a Specialty's). Friendly service, good mocha, and great egg sandwich (egg, spinach, and cheese). Like the free WiFi. Would enjoy hanging out longer, but no public restroom.

Regular spot for casual visits, meetings and a great place to TCB w my laptop. Delicious food and always great coffee. Sit inside or outside with table service for food orders. Biggest props to Mark for speedy, nerves-of-steel service with unfailing courtesy and a great smile. We love Kefa!! (Have a pic but no way to post??)

Always slightly a weird vibe inside; like it doesn't know what it is or what people want it to be. But we are always so happy here. Barista skillz always on point and sandos are GREAT.

They make their own English Muffins for the breakfast sandwiches.

Try the banana mocha.

Wow. The coffee is great but the food is amazing. Did not expect the food to be as good as it was. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The eggs were delicious with a perfect texture. Get some food here for sure!

First time having coffee and a sandwich at this spot. Over all a good place to start your day had a good sandwich called Brian special and a vanilla latte which was also really good. I do recommend this spot for your morning starts
