Executive Inn & Suites

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night with my spouse, our service dog, and our one-year-old child. Despite arriving a bit early, we were warmly welcomed by the gracious concierge staff. Our room was impeccably clean and well-laid-out, with convenient amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave. The ground floor access to a walking path and small patio was a bonus, especially with a little one and a service dog in tow. While the parking fee of $17 per night was a minor inconvenience, it's worth noting that the hotel is situated in a less-than-ideal part of town, though we never felt unsafe during our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient choice for our short visit.

We stayed with our family for one night and it was amazing! All clean, and cozy, we felt at home even if we were far away from it. The receptionist was super friendly, and he explained everything politely. It was our second time and both times we checked with the same receptionist in the evening. He remembers us and it is so nice. The view to the shore is awesome. Also, forget to mention that there are plenty of parking spaces even for big trucks.

Our stay at the Executive inns and Sweets was great!
We were greeted by a very friendly staff especially Luis at the reception.
Our room was clean and spacious with a cozy balcony , overlooking the lake with a spectacular view.
Breakfast was included with a good assortment , especially the bagels.
Luis was prompt in answering our questions and requests.
We will recommend Executive inns and sweets to family and friendly .
We will surely stay again there during our next visit.

Loved everything about the hotel, will come back.
Hot breakfast, great location, clean rooms and all areas inside and out, beautiful view to the bay if you get rooms on the south side, slightly noisy from the road if you why the north side.
2 minor complaints are the AC is noisy at night, and the waffle machine default setting burns the waffles just a bit too much, so I need to take them out about 15 seconds earlier.

My husband and I got married at Scott’s Seafood in Jack London Square this past weekend. We live in Utah and all our friends and family traveled to Oakland to be part of our special day. We started working with Vanessa and Katherine 10 months ago on a room block and special accommodations. Vanessa went above and beyond helping us to have the perfect weekend. We are so grateful for all the time and energy she put into helping us. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the rooms were spaciousness. We highly recommend Executive Inn & Suites/Best Western for special occasions and travel stays.

I have been staying her for well over 10 years. It’s right near the water and the rooms are large most have a patio as well. It’s not too far from Amtrak and Jack London Square. Book ahead to get a good deal on the room. But you won’t regret staying here.

service was so friendly amazing from
start to finish. Karen at the front desk was especially such an amazing person! helped us with all the questions we had and made sure we got any other help needed. She would even ask about water needed and handed cold water bottles❤to stay cool in the hot weather.

I have stayed several weeks at the Executive Inn and Suites as part of my travel for work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling for work or on vacation with family. This location offers close proximity to Jack London Square, Downtown Oakland and beautiful views of the San Francisco skyline. When staying on a room on the waterfront side, you can enjoy an amazing sunset. The Executive Inn has all amenities such as a fitness center, a dining lounge that serves steak or salmon dinners and free breakfast. The onsite staff is extremely helpful and friendly and provide top-notch customer service. The hotel manager, Basir, always greets you with a warm and friendly smile and takes the time to ask if you need anything. The rooms were very clean and equipped with all of my needs for work travel. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are perfect for a good night's sleep. For rest and relaxation, the Executive Inn has a pool and Jacuzzi perfect for unwinding or letting families have fun and swim. Based on my stays at this location, I would continue to make the Executive Inn my preferred place to stay for future trips to the Oakland area.

My husband surprised me with a short birthday trip to see a comedy show. This hotel was amazing! Super clean, excellent service & the dinner at the bar was delicious. Basir Enrique Kunal was incredibly courteous. Very kind & professional. We will definitely be back again!

Pretty nice hotel, rooms are big with balconies, don’t reserve city view ( that will be a highway), but water view! Breakfast were ok. Most important close to SF, airport. Pool was nice.

Really nice location, river view rooms are amazing. Their morning breakfast are really good check pics for detail. Very healthy and great.

I get really great deal, it's been over a week and staying here for a month on business trip. Staff - very cooperative and professional.

Gym is great .. I am using it alternate days .. really great.

Plenty of parking space. Patrolling car outside .. so safe and secure.

I am glad that we have choose this location for business trip.

Great place to stay in!

Decent food, good internet speed, amazing views, and the first floor rooms open directly on to the bay & you could literally step out of your room & into the trail along the bay.

Check out the pics - the sunset views are lovely & you could easily get lost, lounging on the sunset.

Good location and clean spacious rooms. Only drawback of the room facing freeway is the noise cause windows are not double glazed. The staff is helpful and cooperative. Views of the lake as spectacular from the hotel

The lobby is clean and posh, strictly followed CDC-protocols. The room is very spacious and is comfortable during my stay. It is always the water view that always keeps me in awe during breakfast in the lounge area. The steak/salmon dinner is always a highlight during my stay here. The staff at the front desk especially Miss Catherine is very accommodating and helpful to tend to our needs, she always goes out of her way to personally ask us what we want or how are we doing during our stay.

We were well taken care of during our visit there. Breakfast had a nice spread.
We had great service and a beautiful view of the river.

Clean hotel I appreciate the active security. The lady at the front desk was rude as in looking at me and my friend rolling her eyes and when we had to get back in later (12am) she was just looking at us at the glass doors for a few minutes before turning her back and finally getting buzzing us in. It's a shame adults still act like this.

We came on Valentine’s Day weekend and stayed in one of the suites. Very spacious and clean. I loved the waterfront view. Enrique at the front desk has great customer service skills and is extremely helpful. I came this weekend as well and Enrique remembered me and again was very helpful. Great hotel. The breakfast and dinner was great. Everyone who works here is great! Thank you! I didn’t get everyone names but the bartenders, the dinner cook and the front desk are all great!

We stayed for two days at the beginning of may because my son had surgery in oakland. They have a wonderful bar and bartender and very well kept rooms. We felt safe during our stay here and customer service was awesome. The steak dinner was to die for. My only complaint was no shower door on shower so the floor gets easily wet.

Rooms are very comfortable. We always get a room on the water side, where you have a balcony to sit and enjoy the water. You don't even realize you are right next to the freeway. Breakfast is a plus and very good. Great place to stay and our go to when we are in the Bay Area.
