Really nice place to deliver to. Appt at 1200 on sun, gate opened at noon. I was 3rd in line and in a door and being ubloaded by 1218. Crazy amount of room here. Super easy even if youre new. Don't take 7th st. Guess the ones who did just follow a GPS. Exit 42B off of 880 north bound. Turn Left onto adeline. Right onto maritime. LHS

Gaurd Staff Nice quick unloading

Delivered a load this morning. Every person I talked to was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Security, shipping, dock worker, and yard workers made this trip a pleasant one! First time delivering to this facility. They start at 4:30 a.m. and trucks were staged on the road when I arrived. Fast unload, only bad experience I had was the traffic.

Staff at the gate and at the check-in window are very polite and respectful. Plenty of space to back up into docks not a very difficult facility. Overnight parking very limited in the center of the street. Backing up into these docks you do not open the doors and you do not break the seal. They do call you when they are finished unloading or if any other issues

Usually only 2 1/2 hours to unload. There will be a lumper fee. Been here many times never had any issues. Great people on site.

Very fast unload, it may be in a busy area but I would definitely come back for the quick service. I was out in an hour once past the gate.

Only had 1 issue wasn't their fault. Bad pallets from the shipper are usually out of here in 2 hours. This door opens inside the facility, so don't break the seal. Parking bit tricky people park just outside with no parking signs and on maritime in center turn lane. You can go to Oakland City's website look-up map for commercial parking. Also don't show before an hour from the appointment they will turn you around.

Supervisor lady on night's is amazing,all staff was friendly and helpful. Got in and out quickly.

I have to take the time out to make mention of two individuals that I had the pleasure of meeting at this establishment. Mr. Manop and Miss Maria in the shipping office. These two are two of the most professional, friendly and courteous staff I've ever met at a shipper/receiver.Keep up the good work guys.

Broker had lied about appointment time. Showed up at 5AM appointment wasn't until 6PM. They had me in a door by 6AM unloaded by 8AM. Thanks guys..

Ok, I got stuck here for like 7 hours. That's because my load was short for whatever reason. That's said, the staff were great. I watched all the trucks come in and out while I was there and if your load is good, they seem to get you out at a reasonable pace. Seemed to be between an hour and two hours for the unloads. Lumper can be paid by EFS.

In, out done. Was there about 45 minutes.

No place to sleep on their yard but on Maritime Rd the drivers do park down the middle. On 7th St. if you go pass Maritime Rd a little way on the LHS you can park for the night & you won't be bothered.

No early takes same day unloading place looks fairly new. Trailer doors open from the inside dont break seal(s) just take lock off and back in doors are very easy to back in compare to other warehouses around the area that are very tight.

Arrived night before. Appt time noon. Checked in at 5am unloaded by 6am. Fast. Park overnight next to fence with no parking signs.
