AT&T Store

Alyssa helped me the week prior set up my wireless account. She's incredibly warm and welcoming. The following week I brought my husband in and Jesse helped to add his to my plan and get him a new phone. Jesse is super chill and very well informed which helped my husband who was hesitant and a little anxious. Jesse had to transfer over from another carrier but made it so easy. We were helped very quickly and are super happy to have Jesse and Alyssa at our local store.

Best service I have ever had at an AT&T store. Was immediately helped when we came in. Was able to save us money because of being active military. Very professional and friendly.

Excellent customer service! Naj really makes the customer feel like they matter and are valued. He also listens well! My previous experience at this store was horrible, and I was afraid to come back. However, since he has taken over, it is a great experience. I highly recommend coming to this store. Go to the AT&T store in Alameda! You will not be disappointed!😄

Fernando is the best representative I’ve ever been with. He has helped me with every problem I’ve had every time I come. He is so friendly and kind, and smart he always fixes every problem including tech savvy problems his customer service is top tier he needs a raise for his great service.

I always get good services from them. I want to change my Mobile operator and Mr. Alex help me with my query, He explained nicely with at&t plans and How I can get benefited from adding family members in the plan. At the end, I am subscribe with a plan by getting 25% off because of their existing Internet user.

I strongly recommend Alameda At and T branch for their great customer support. We met Louis, he is awesome and knowledgeable. I like his speed even when he was handling two different phone issues. He was professionally addressing the issues. He gave us options available with AT and T and allowing us to choose what we want. Happy that we went to Alameda AT and T branch. Huge parking lot is space is available opposite to the store. Great job Louis!!!!!

Mario was such a huge help for my wife and me as we switched over to a family plan. He expertly (and quickly!) handled all the intricacies of the plan switch. I wish all customer service was like this -- highly recommended!

I went to purchase a new phone. Sandy and staff were amazing. She was very knowledgeable and was a breath of fresh air. She helped me get my phone up and running in no time. I appreciate the staff friendliness and the great chemistry they have working together. Most people rather not make in store purchases but I am glad I went. Thank you!

My phone wouldn’t make any calls and Jurrel and his manager got it working again rt away. New SIM card needed. Grateful my anxiety over it was quickly resolved.

Great customer service. Most newer staff and new manager who is excellent. One of the better Att stores around. Very friendly and manager went out of his way to fix an issue I have been dealing for months on the phone and he did it right then and there

MURTADHA was great. Deserves a raise. When I first arrived they were unsure if they could assist me and almost turned me away but then they set expectations instead and was able to assist.
