I purchased a mattress from the Naturepedic retail location in Tacoma, WA this past November. While I'm thrilled with the quality and comfort of the mattress, I'm also delighted with the service from Rayna and the rest of the team. Rayna was a delight to work with, patient and helpful at steering me toward options that would meet my budget and needs. I recommend both this brand and retail location and will continue to shop with them in the future!

I absolutely adore my mattress! I've had it for almost a year now and it still feels like the day I got it delivered. The ladies working there were knowledgeable about friendly. They never once made me feel pressured into making a decision. Between the 3 different visits and me constantly changing the combinations of mattress and bedframe they remained patient and helpful. I always recommend them to anyone who asks where to get a quality bed.

I purchased a classic with medium micro coils and an adjustable frame back in February 2022. Purchasing was an easy process and set up was a breeze thanks to the delivery guys. I used to have severe back pain due when I would wake up due to an old mattress and since I bought my naturepedic mattress I have had zero issues! Honestly the best sleep I’ve ever had. Plus the vibrating option on the frame is a HUGE plus.

I highly recommend both this store and the mattress product selections to anyone looking for a super-comfortable, non-toxic sleeping experience. I was shopping to replace my 14 year-old memory foam mattress, and had tried two other types of mattresses from other companies (unsuccessfully) before finally finding my dream product at Naturepedic. The entire buying process was awesome, and the customer service at the University Place store is absolutely stellar. I purchased the EOS Classic Mattress and have been so pleased with the all-natural materials. I deal with chemical sensitivities and have had absolutely no issues with any off-gassing or unpleasant chemical odors from this mattress. I really appreciate that I could customize my mattress to the comfort level I desire by having the opportunity to choose from different microcoil or latex layering materials. With the 90-day "swap it out" policy, I had ample time to try out the mattress, and did make one change in the layering materials. Jason, the store owner, was always extremely courteous, very prompt to answer any questions I had, and accommodated the changes I needed with no hassles. This mattress offers excellent body support while being very comfortable. I sleep very well, and I have the assurance the company will be there for me if need be with the 20-year warranty.

From the moment my husband and I walked into the store were greeted by a knowledgeable attendant who took the time to education us on their inventory in the store. From the quality of the products, the sleep benefits and various comfort levels, to flame resistant factors, and easy assembly of the bed frame made us a believer had no doubts with buying 2 bed frames for king size beds. From purchase, delivery, to setup in our home we were more than pleased with this company, the staff and their product. We definitely will be a repeat customers. The customer service was incredible! The ladies working were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I did not purchase that day but was given a quote for a mattress! With this customer service I will definitely be back for my future mattress purchases and sustainable bedding!

We really appreciated the customer service of this company. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating while helping us navigate through our mattress choice. Two great nights of sleep and many more to come! The purchase of their wool pillow was the absolute best decision I have ever made made! No waking up with a sore neck, no having to fluff, and no flipping to keep it comfortable. It was an extremely restful and cool night!

Jason at Naturepedic in University Place has been wonderful to work with. He was low-pressure, informative, and patient while we went from bed to bed and back again. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and appreciate his attentive service.

Mattress is pretty good but only lasted about 18 months. Noticeable sagging in the middle and sides. All recommended maintenance was undertaken. Naturepedic warranty is worthless as is customer support.
