What a great customer service!! I came in yesterday to look for an appropriate gift for a coworker who recently lost her husband. A very young man immediately came to my rescue and suggested multiple gift ideas. Not knowing if my coworker was spiritual or not, it took a little longer to find the right gift. With the help of another associate, I ended up getting a beautiful wind chime. I just want to let them know that she loved it! She said that her late husband and her loved and collected wind chimes. Thank you so much❤

Went on Christmas Eve, hoping to find a last minute gift. Found it! (Winnie the Pooh bear and quote plaque). So many cute items. Nice staff, too.

Walked in immediately greeted and told where to find what I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful. UPDATE the last 2 times I have been there to buy birthday wrapping paper hardly any to pick from.UPDATE JUNE 25TH found exactly what I was looking for m, my grandson got a man bar (great smelling mens bar of soap)my husband liked it so went to hallmark to find it. They were very helpful plus I noticed they had the type of purse in I really like, they are the only ones who carry it.

Great selection of cards. I’ve always been able to find what I need for every occasion. They have a good selection of gift items and a small selection of clothing items as well. Books of postage stamps are available. I love their after Christmas sale where merchandise is marked down 50-75%. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great shop for all your Hallmark needs. Friendly helpful employees in a clean store. Tip from the pros if you like something buy it as soon as possible because it might not be in stock later and Hallmark might not send more.

eCards are OK but for that special someone you can't beat a beautiful card with your hand written thoughts placed inside a quality envelope. Trudy's Hallmark store has thousands of high quality cards and gifts to browse. The store is well stocked. Worth a visit!

Larger Hallmark store with great selection and stock. I found all the Keepsake Ornaments that I needed for Christmas. I also got my personal family holiday cards here...you know, the ones that make you tear up in the aisle.

This is a great Hallmark store. They have a nice variety of different things besides the typical ornaments and cards. They have good sales throughout the year. Things to look out for at this store are the soft slippers, fleece blankets, Fran's chocolate, and Harry Potter merchandise. There's truly something for everyone.

I love this Hallmark!! I have shopped in it many times and have never had anything but wonderful service. I always find unique cards and gifts for all holidays and life events. I highly recommend this Hallmark, they have wonderful courteous service. They always check on me to see if I need anything. The last time I was in I had a fall, it was nothing that they or the store did. I have a medical issue that sometimes knocks me off balance. I hurt nothing but my pride. They hovered around me till they were sure I was okay. They brought me a little shopping cart to use for more balance and minimized my embarrassment by not mentioning it or fussing over me once they were sure I was okay.

Extremely friendly, helpful customer service. The holiday/ Christmas things are being stocked. A nice, fun selection.

I am very sad to hear these reviews. Every time I come in here I have met nothing but friendly and helpful staff, and I am only in my 20s. They always greet me and always help me when I need it. They ask me if I need help occasionally, but I like that they don't pester me about it. I never feel like they are just trying to make a sale.
