Rite Aid

This Rite Aide is amazing! The staff is always polite and friendly, as well as knowledgeable and helpful. Including the pharmacy staff, my prescription is always filled quickly. The products here are always of great quality and at reasonable prices. I will be returning for another visit. 10/10

I went in to this Rite Aid today for the first time & Wow! The customer service I received today from Jordyn was EXCEPTIONAL! She went above and beyond what I would expect. The store was out of a product that I was looking for so, she checked back stock and let me know that a new shipment would be in next week. In addition to that she called Walgreens to see if they had the product.

Just stopped by here on Friday and was relaxed the minute I walked in. Although I didn't need service from its pharmacy, I got everything I was looking for with the assistance of the store clerk. She was very friendly and even made me laugh, which is always a good thing and a plus in my book. I can see myself coming here again just for the warm atmosphere🙂

I'm specifically reviewing the pharmacist Ms. Trang, I've had multiple times now where I've needed my medications but there was some problem either with communication between the prescriber and rite aid, or some other issue, all things that were out of her hands.. and everytime she's chose to go above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was taken care of. Always kind and professional. Very grateful she works there, because not all pharmacists are this helpful.

I’d like to thank Rick the Manager of University Place Rite Aid. He was SO helpful, patient and professional even when the cash registers were down because of a System Update. I could tell other Employees respected him and their interactions with each other were friendly and positive in a stressful situation. We will be back!!

I came in Friday and A young lady named Cheyanne helped me find a few things and was very polite and customer service friendly She had an amazing attitude, and made my time and experience a lot easier in there as well.

I have been going to this Rite Aid for over 35 years. They are consistently helpful, kind and friendly. They are also knowledgeable. The store is generally well stocked, organized and very clean.

This is probably the cleanest Rite Aid I’ve been to. The atmosphere is pleasant. Employees are nice. They also have the Amazon lockers inside the store which is a plus. I use them all the time.

Went here for the Multicare Express, there's never a wait, and the ARNP was friendly. I highly recommend going here instead of an urgent care. WAY cheaper too! Average visit is $65 billed to your insurance. No pymt at the time of visit.

To KARELLEN OVERLORD: #1 you can’t sue someone for “stereotyping” in civil court (the funny thing about stereotypes are they are based on facts/statistics) #2 If you look like a bum you will probably get treated like one (sad but true. Yes, we have all heard the phrase “don’t judge a book by its cover” (you seem a little hypocritical here with this one) #3 this shop has some of the nicest employees I have ever met and I can see you are using a fake account, with a fake name and fake thumbnail to hide yourself #4 The shop has had shoplifters frequently coming in over the last few years which is why they had to hire “security”... This rite aid has such nice employees!! Love shopping at this location, employees are amazing people, have been a proud customer for over a decade!

Just your ordinary rite aid. But I really like the friendly and helpful pharmacy staff. Recently switched from another pharmacy due to insurance rules and they’ve been fantastic.

I had a great experience yesterday August 23 around 6:30 from the man that greeted me at the entrance the manager and Woman who rang me up. Couldn't as for a better experience!!

This is my favorite Rite Aide. The employees are Awesome. And The Pharmacy is the best!!!!

Always have what I need, usually on sale too. And the pharmacy staff are really great and super nice.
