Had a great experience with Expert Roofing. Tony walked me through the entire process and made things move a lot easier. It was my first time filing a claim and he explained everything and made everything affordable for me. He was always a call or text away whenever I had a question. Very responsive and communicative.

We had a great experience working with Expert Roofing on our hail damage claim. Tony and Cole in particular worked with our insurance to get our roof, soffits, fascia, etc replaced after a storm. I appreciate them working with insurance when some items weren’t approved the first time around to ultimately get that work covered. The materials and workmanship both seem to be very high quality, and we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!

We recently had our siding replaced by Expert Roofing and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Tony was our sales person, and from the initial consultation to the final clean-up, Tony and his team were professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond.

Cleanliness: During and after the install, they kept the perimeter of our home clean and tidy throughout the project. They even went back after the snow melted to clean up and remove any additional debris that was left behind.

Chad K. was amazing to work with! Because of a bad hail storm in my area, my roof, siding, garage doors, and gutters/downspouts were all damaged. Chad worked with my insurance company to get everything replaced. My home looks amazing. Materials and workmanship are all top-notch, Expert Roofing was so easy to work with, I was kept informed every step of the way. I would give 10 stars if I could, and I would definitely hire them again!

We have had nothing but positive to say about our experience with Expert Roofing! Our Sales Rep Justin Carmody was on top of everything every step of the way. He was very personable and on time if not 5 mins ahead of schedule every time he said he would be here. That alone was impressive! He always responded to us in a timely manner, and was a pleasure to work with. The final project turned out very nice as well. Our house definitely looks like it got a nice facelift and one less worry about leaks in the near future. The men had our roof off and on in 1 day and cleaned up nicely. The new roof and siding repairs are flawless. He was on site and made sure I was taken care of. There aren’t enough people like him with companies today. Johnny Turrisi was absolutely the most helpful, informative and trustworthy person we could ever want to work with. I dont think we can say enough how great our experience was with Expert Roofing. John Conone was literally there every step of the process. When we were being messed around with, John told us exactly how to handle the situations. It was a lonnnng over a year process, but our house is BEAUTIFUL. Expert Roofing recently replaced our roof, skylight, gutters, downspouts, and shed roof. We got hit with hail damage from the April 4, 2023 storm, and Expert was in the neighborhood checking out a neighbor's roof. We allowed Cole to check ours out, and were surprised with how much damage we had. Cole and his manger Tony took our information, worked with our insurance company to get an assessment, and followed up on each and every item on the to-do list. We were assured that there would be no out of pocket expense, and that is exactly what happened. We were able to opt out of some of the work to absorb our deductible, which was amazing. The work was scheduled promptly, and everything was taken care of and cleaned up when they finished. I felt completely at ease working with Cole and Tony, and they were very kind and patient when I had concerns about replacing my brand new skylight. They did not collect final payment until everything was done to our satisfaction, and all matters with insurance were settled. I recommend this company.

Let me start by saying working with Tony from Expert Roofing was great! It was a long hard fought battle with our insurance company and he was there helping us fight it every step of the way. He always has time to talk me thru my next step. The crews he had out to the house were professional and kind. He was at the house multiple times during the day to check on the progress and see if the guys needed anything. He even came back at night to do another walk around the house to make sure no nails or scraps were left behind. If you are looking for a company that cares Expert Roofing is who I recommend. And if you get Tony on your case consider yourself lucky!

Where to start... First off, I very seldomly write reviews, but I felt that this/my experience was needing to be shared.

We worked directly with Dave Camp through the entire life cycle of the project. We first reached out to Dave, thinking that we had some hail/wind damage to the roof from a storm that had rolled through the area. He came out and found multiple areas around the house with hail and storm damage. We filed a claim with our insurance company online and then Dave met with the insurance adjuster a few days after.

After insurance had decided to accept the claim (to replace the siding and roof), Dave then helped get his crews scheduled to get the work done ASAP.

The roof was the first to get replaced, and the entire project went smoothly and never hit a hiccup. The crew was very professional and courteous of my home and property.

The same can be said about the siding, which was AMAZING to come home to. I'd recommend Expert Roofing to anyone looking to get repairs done to their home or business, or just looking to update said home/business. No more ugly 1970's baby poop siding for me!

Jeff and his team at Expert Roofing did a fantastic job getting our roof completely replaced when it was evaluated that it needed to be replaced. Out of the three companies I called, Jeff was the only one that not only gave a quick call back but was out the next day with a written estimate of the cost.

The install team came a week later and worked from about 7 AM to 3 PM to get the roof replaced. It looks beautiful and I feel much better that we have a brand-new and properly installed roof over our heads.

We used Expert Roofing to replace our roof and a few other things after a storm came through, and were extremely happy with the decision! Our insurance company was a nightmare to work with, but luckily Priscilla from Expert Roofing dealt with them entirely and handled it all very well! She was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Everything was done quickly and exceptionally well, and it all looks amazing! Cannot say enough good things about them and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

It started with a card left at my house after a large hailstorm in April of 2023 with David Hernandez’s name & number on it. I meet with David and he assessed the damage and worked directly with my insurance company (Hanover). My insurance company approved almost everything right away except for the siding. They only wanted to pay for partial replacement of two elevations, one on my garage & one on my house. However, David fought and jumped thru hoops in hopes for the insurance company to pay for at least two whole elevations. David worked hard and not only did he get the two elevations covered, but since he proved my siding did not exist anymore, Hanover paid for the siding on all elevations of both house and garage. Thank you David and Expert Roofing for such a great job.
