Every time I've gone through the, top tier service and the prices are awesome! Free complimentary drinks once you pay above a certain price (including mimosas). I always feel amazing leaving!

Seriously one of the best salons I have ever gone to. They are so professional and nice! the ladies are so easy going and make it comfortable to casually talk to them. They always make sure you love the nail color/shape/anything and if you don’t they will change it!

Kim is absolutely the best! I love her energy and quality of work! She is me favorite for sure but they all do wonderful work! Would recommend to anyone! Here are some of Kim’s work - I love sparkles lol

I’ve ALWAYS had an amazing experience with Pensee. Kathy is an incredible, efficient, and kind artist. She’s honestly the best nail tech I’ve ever had and I just love her. I always feel welcome in the salon from the entire staff and I think the prices are fair— I’ve paid WAY more for acrylic fills and pedicures. I recommend the salon to all of my friends and I’m so lucky to have found my place!

Today was the best experience I've had at Pensee! For a place to get a pedicure, they do great work and you get a complementary drink with service which is always a treat.

Kim was an absolute joy! We laughed while she put in work on my neglected nails... They look amazing and am proud to show them off. Already before I got home (10 mindrive) I had 2 compliments on them, really helped me with my confidence. Keep it up "PumpKim"

This is by far my favorite salon I’ve visited in the area!! I got a pedicure and a fill and lemme tell you, it was AWESOME. I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome, I was brought a complimentary mimosa, the foot and leg massage was AMAZING, not to mention I got a hand and arm massage with my fill! I so recommend this place, I’ll be telling all my friends about how great my experience was here!!

Best Nail Salon! I’ve been going to this salon for the last 2 months and everyone there does a fabulous job.

I went in last week and had my nails done! They were INCREDIBLY BUSY. She still did an awesome job and did it so quickly! I was extremely impressed! Thank you guys so much you always do such a good job!!

I was able to make an appointment online and add on a pedicure when I arrived no problem. Extremely clean, never felt worried about the sanitation, to the point I would say they were cleaner than any other place I've been in since covid. I look forward to visiting them again for other services and bringing my friends.

I had to give this place five stars because I've never had such a good experience at any other nail salon. The atmosphere is really nice and upscale but the price is good. I felt very relaxed there and the girls are AMAZING.

This was my second time visiting this place. I like that I could make an appointment online. I was warmly greeted. I got the Rejuvenation Pedicure. The pedicurist was attentive. She gave the best hand, arm, foot and leg massage I've had.

Pensee is the best spot for amazing manicures and pedicures in UP. The techs there know their stuff, making sure your nails are perfectly polished and shaped. Plus you will love how clean and tidy this salon is. The atmosphere is relaxing and staff is so friendly.

After 12 years at my old salon, I decided to change and was referred to Penée. My nails were PERFECT! Thank you, Kim! And I enjoyed a complimentary beverage while i was getting my nails done. The place is clean and bright with a very soothing atmosphere. Prices are competitive.
