The Vets - At Home Pet Care LA

I highly recommend The Vets, Dr. Marshall and his assistants. He is an excellent doctor who diagnoses with great knowledge, method and precision. My cat Gift was treated very well, with as little stress as possible, very sophisticated medical equipment, tests and medication. It's easy to communicate with the staff for reservation. Thank you very much The Vets.

This was a wonderful experience! I didn't have to (Catch) my pets and put them in a carrier, then traumatize them with a car ride to the vet, also the doc and assistant were lovely and they really made me feel good about choosing them. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if it was allowed.

This was a low stress situation for our dog, which was welcome given that trips to the vet make him anxious.. Dr. Gonzalez and Angeline were excellent, pleasantly taking their time to perform an examination, explain everything, and treat him. They were also very warm and caring towards him.

The Vets came to my home and tended very kindly to my senior Moo Moo. They were so gentle, kind and informative. After they cleaned her up, they advised that I make plans to put her to sleep. They gave me a couple recommendations. I didnt wake up that day knowing it would be the last with my pup, but I will always be grateful that she was in the hands of such kind people in a really tough time. I highly recommend The Vets.

I highly highly recommend the Vets. Dr. Gonzalez was amazing!!! She took the time to examine my cats, and made them feel comfortable. It's easy to see that she cares about animals and their wellbeing. I will 100% book with The Vets again in the future. The scheduling and communication was easy!

Living in west LA means you can be gouged by local vets, and since I have cats that’s another annoyance is leaving the house altogether.

The Vets offer at-home service, and the vets who showed up were wonderful with my cats and provided wellness checks, rabies shots, and prescription topical flea medication. My cats were totally at ease the whole time!

Absolutely amazing customer service and thoughtful care of our kitty! Could not be more impressed on every level and most importantly the vets resolved a years old ear infection issue on the first appointment! Feeling very fortunate and grateful. Superb organization!

The best experience one can get for their fur babies. My dogs are now feeling better but it is with a matter of time till they fully heal, but I am glad that the staff was flexible and very understanding.

Thorough work and kind. Very appreciative of the vet team that came to our home.

While I was extremely impressed by the first visit(s) from The Vets, my impression of them has gone downhill from there.
My cat was sick and I scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon. Two hours before my appointment was to take place, I received a call from their schedulers letting me know that they were canceling my appointment because they were “running late”. I have never gone to a veterinarians office and have them not keep my appointment because they were running late, but that is exactly what this business did. They rescheduled me for Monday afternoon, understanding the reason for my appointment was because I had a sick animal. The day of my appointment, they once again called to cancel my appointment because of scheduling issues. When I mentioned this was not a good business practice and I had a sick animal, I was offered a $50.00 Gift certificate. I explained I did not want a $50 gift certificate, I wanted a veterinarian to examine my sick cat. I am absolutely, completely disappointed in The Vets. I have now made an appointment with an actual brick and mortar Veterinarian service. A mobile veterinarian service might be fine if it’s run correctly, but canceling two appointments, both just hours prior, for a sick animal doesn’t work for me.
**Dr. Marshall still remains one of my top vets ever. I will 1,000,000% always recommend him.

FIRST VISIT: The Vets were absolutely amazing in every single way!! I cannot say enough good about them and the service they provide! Not only was it easy to schedule the appointment, but The Vets sent reminders and time/scheduling several times prior to my appointment, which was very helpful.
The appointment itself couldn't have been any better! To have a veterinarian (and tech) come to your house was the best! No more having to deal with getting animals into carriers or into the car, driving to the vet and having to wait in the reception room for your turn.
The Vets show up at your house at the allotted time and it's all about you and your animal. It's literally the difference between flying first class and the main cabin.
Dr. Marshall was our vet, and he was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and gave us (and our cat) his full attention. This vet clearly loves what he does! The vet tech who came with Dr. Marshall was equally as wonderful and incredibly efficient.
