Ralphs Fresh Fare

They actually have a incredible selection of great boxed wines. The pricing is always the best!! I did not see that they sell any fresh sushi rolls. The girl who begged my groceries was excellent, she did a great job! They always have great sales!!

This goes beyond shopping. My mom went into diabetic shock today, June 2nd, 2022. We were in the parking lot and I had to rush inside to get her some food. Jeremy was at the self help area and he heard my sister and I talking. He asked what was going on and I told him what was happening with my mom. He said he understood and proceeded to help us. He asked his manager if he could help, but his manager wasn't as responsive. Jeremy gave me the directions to the store as we called the paramedics. He was great. He even came outside to make sure we were fine. My sister asked for his name and we wanted to make sure he gets recognition. I tried calling the store to speak with manager but no one ever picked up. But it's all about Jeremy, a caring young man in today's crazy world. Good people do exist. I will never forget him and will continue to shop at this location all due to him. Thank you Jeremy!!

The staff is amazing. They’re super friendly and this store is always stocked with what I need. Most importantly it’s clean. Parking upstairs is always busy. Down below it’s too dark but you manage.
But why is it open on thanksgiving!! The mall isn’t even open!!! Let those workers go home and spend time with their families.

It's not as big as other Ralphs but for the quick in and out stuff it's not that bad.

Just wished they hire a few more cashier's. When I go in for something quick 3 items or less I want the line to be faster than my time spent in the store. Nothing worthy of a negative star just a super minor inconvenience for me 😆

I have been frequenting this Ralph's location for the past two years, as many of the employees at Bebe Studios do for their meal needs. This store is clean and has a very friendly staff. I particularly enjoy coming to the Deli, where among the staff I have had the pleasure of being served by Diana and Yani. They always have a positive attitude and are more than accommodating of my needs! They deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service and being representative of Ralph's core values. With the rest of the Deli staff being as exemplary as these two individuals, I believe that it is about time this location expands their Hot Bar offerings. I know this location services other businesses in the area so it wouldn't be just for us here at Bebe :). How about some hot sandwiches, rice bowls, hot veggies, etc?

I shop at Ralph's. I have for decades.This Ralph's employs one individual, I am always grateful to see. He is sharp, witty, helpful, and makes even the craziest, shopping moments I have, easy and pleasant. His name is Robert Schneider. At first, I thought he was the store manager, since he was so attentive and his rapport with the customers was friendly and engaging, but I have come to learn that is just the way he is. Robert is just a great individual doing a great job and I hope he sticks around or else, I wouldn't be happy shopping at any Ralph's. Kudos to Robert Schneider. Thanks Ralph's.

i broke the Styrofoam cooler I purchased after I left the store. I returned an hour later to purchase another; however, to a store manager simply gave me the new cooler fee of charge. Great customer service!

This is my favorite Ralph's in the greater LA area. For those that are interested, this was indeed featured in the movie Die Hard. Watch closely.

My favorite Ralph. Simply because I live across the street :) Also they have good selection of beers. Deals are very good. Not crowded most of the times

Nice clean (even restrooms) lots of stock and decent prices.

The parking here is a lot more convenient than the one on Le Conte. The fruits, vegetables, and meat are fresh all the time.

They have a ton a stuff. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice Ralph's; they have a great bakery and they are well stocked on almost anything that you could desire.

It has a great variation of goods. Variety of beers and wines. Very friendly and serviceable employees.

Great store but the parking underground has very little light.

Good service. The store is starting to show its age, but the employees are the best.
