Apple Century City

Was able to locate my phone which then helped me find my car yesterday! Without help from the opening shift, My car would still be towed. I’m heading to an Apple Store now to buy a recommended air tag.

I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance if you need to repair your products. The store is quite big and can get pretty busy, so this will help ensure that you're able to get the help you need.

I went to check out the new iPhone to see if I should upgrade from my iPhone XS Max. I’m good. I think my camera on my phone is way better and I get a lot of compliments on how clear my pictures are. However, I will keep my iPhone and I will definitely upgrade to a 2020 iphone in September.

I made an appointment the same day. My iPhone wouldn’t charge. I came here and David assisted me and I was outta there within 30 minutes. Very happy with my results. Thanks again Apple 🍏 the Customer Service Support was Everything.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Went there for my Mac repair recently. Good service and waiting time was acceptable.

David was really exceptional and awesome :D !! He troubleshooted the battery issue with my iPhone right away and pinpointed that the reason why my iPhone battery health was 95%, but was performing so poorly, was due to the fact that my auto lock under my settings was not set to 2 minutes or less. That was the main reason why my battery was draining so fast. In contrast, when I had brought my iPhone last Friday to Best Buy in Culver City, the tech consultant could not pinpoint this, and told me that I would still have to visit an Apple store to look into this.

Clearly though, David at the Westfield Century City Apple store showed me my battery health screen, pointed out the graphics that showed when my phone was at its peak performance, when it was being charged, etc. He went WAY above what the tech consultant at Best Buy did!

After David adjusted the settings on my iPhone so that the auto lock was set on just 2 minutes, he told me I should be able to see a significant difference starting that very evening. And he was absolutely right! My iPhone battery didn’t drain as fast and I didn’t have to charge it as much! Thanks a million, David :D !!

A lot of customers have said online that this store is really busy, and some of them expressed disappointment that they were not helped in a timely manner. It's a given that if you come in the evenings or on the weekends, it's always going to be busy because that's when the majority of customers are already off.

For my recent Genius Bar appointment with David at this Apple location, I had to make this ahead of time. I can't just walk in and expect an Apple associate to promptly help me. That's just the way it is in densely populated and crowded cities like Los Angeles!

If you can make an appointment on weekdays during the daytime before the majority of people get off from work and flock over, you can definitely be helped without having to fight the usual crowds!

I went to this Apple Store after the one in Glendale told me they couldn’t fix my less than a year old iPhone when it stopped recognizing the charger. They fixed it within an hour here. Glendale sucks century city rules

Huge shoutout to Daniel for his excellent customer service/tech support regarding an issue I had activating my Apple card. He was friendly, knowledgable, positive, and totally surpassed my expectations! My interaction with him made me feel great to be an Apple customer!!

My order was ready by the time I reached there for my pick up. The service was quick! As this store is inside my fav mall, I love this place. If you are going to just pick up from the store, you won't need to pay for parking as parking is free for first 1 hour in the mall.

This has to be LA’s premiere Apple Store.
I came here a couple times over the last month to sort out my Apple tech and get integrated. Both times, I was helped by Product Specialist and true Apple Genius, Jupiter.

Jupiter was extremely helpful in organizing my various purchases for me and my family as well as setting up my new iPhone and transferring everything over from my much older model (a daunting task).

Everything went smooth and easy and I felt totally comfortable with Jupiter executing these somewhat complex tasks.
I threw all kinds of ‘Inside Mac’ questions at him and he always had the cutting edge response as well as being there to catch my fall during the setup process which he did with grace and ease. I also had positive interactions with other staff members and everyone genuinely wanted to help get me sorted out.

I loved the whole experience and am confident in my purchases with no buyers remorse as everything is working beautifully.

So I walked in on a Friday to return my AirPods within the 14 day window... was helped right away and they were super friendly and it was quick and painless. This was super remarkable to me since my last two visits to other Apple stores have been so horrible! It was good enough I’m leaving a review.

I had a very easy time purchasing an iPhone here a few months back. They always have the most recent selection of apple products when I go, and have lots of space for trying out products. The service was quite good, but the Genius Bar service isn’t great. Spoiler alert, they aren’t actually geniuses.

My experience at the Apple Store in Century City was extremely positive. The store looked crowded when I arrived so I wasn’t expecting to get any help from the sales people. My expectations were not realized because a friendly young man came up to me right away and asked if he could be of assistance. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was willing to spend time with me without pressuring me to make a purchase right then. I know that many reviews have said the service they received was terrible. Maybe I just got lucky, but like I said, my experience was extremely positive.

I live out of the country and was visiting in the West LA area. Made an appointment a week in advance to have the battery replaced on my iPhone 6. I read the reviews, which were not good.
That was not my experience. I walked in and gave my name. I waited about 15 minutes(I was early) and the tec looked at the I phone, ran tests and based on what he told me, and my experience, I replaced the battery. I was told to come back in 1hr 20 min and I went to lunch. I came back and It took about 5 minutes to get my phone back in GREAT working order. I highly recommend this store.

Great job Apple Store. Worked with Ari who really did a terrific job getting our new phone and programming it. She spent 1 1/2 hours working through all the details and answering all the questions we had. Thank you Ari, and Apple Store.
