Just the most incredible team with some classic, amazingly quality products!! I went in yesterday to get a journal to start my bullet journaling journey, and not only did Allison (sp?) help me find one super tailored to what I needed, she also helped me personalize it and we had a lovely chat while she did!! Graham is also just the best, and when I visited today to say thank you, Maryann was also just the kindest. Incredible service here from some genuinely lovely folks!!

Graham was extremely knowledgable and helpful in assisting me with selecting the perfect daily planner as a gift for my spouse. Friendly service all around. Thank you.

Heidi is an incredible employee. I had a difficult order that required an involved hand-pressed arrangement and she handled it with such grace and expertise -- especially when MY terrible handwriting caused an issue. The store was flooded with customers and demands while this was happening, and there wasn't a moment of unprofessionalism from herself or Ares. And I'm extremely grateful for their kindness, understanding, and support.

I love the Moleskine brand! My brother is in architecture school so when we went to Century City mall in LA I just had to get him one to sketch LA landmarks on our trip. The quality is unmatched, the build is great, and I'm told that it's perfect for sketching between the weight of the paper and the texture.

Personally, I love their planners. The quality of the paper and the stitching of the spine is so classic, so timeless. The staff at this particular store were very calm and didn't seem bothered that we perused for a while. The store was in a convenient location within the mall. Close tk the steps and close to other major stores.

I love journals, notebooks, sketchbooks, and planners. Moleskins has them all in a variety of colors and sizes. The offerings are moderately priced, and there is an option to have your item personalized.

These negative reviews must have really gotten corporate's attention! My wife and I visited this store today, and while I suppose they could have made their sale more pronounced, the service we received was STELLAR. Mr. Jonathan and Mr. Frank were helpful, responsive, and entertaining.

Today we picked up a bunch of journals for practically nothing. Glad I didn't read the reviews before shopping here. Again, corporate really must have cleaned house after hearing about the service received prior to today. YMMV, however I will happy be back to re-up my stationary at this location.

Outstanding!!!

First, Moleskine is the absolute -best- in stationary. That's why I stopped here first when my pen broke while writing in the mall.

Second, Kayla (employee) confirms and goes above and beyond service. Knowing of my predicament, she set me up with what is now my favorite roller pen with advice and guidance, taking my writing from mere chore to near art.

Thanks for being there, Kayla - you turned a good day excellent! And good on you, Moleskine, for hiring people like Kayla!

Moleskine is the only journal/notebook I use. I've tried other brands, and other formats, but I always compared them to Moleskine and they were lacking. So nice they have a store now where I can see all the other items they have.

The ONLY Moleskine store in LA. Has everything you'd expect in their online store. Come here if you wanna see before you buy. Real nice employees too
