Sending out a HUGE thank you to Hideo, Chris, Katherin and Jonathan for the incredible assistance that they offered me while trying to help me add further components to my Elpha system. Not only that, but they (Hideo) also helped secure installation to ensure that the cabinets are installed correctly. I will gladly drive out of my way to reach the Century City location because I know I will always be assisted properly and you guys really do go above and beyond to help your customers. You are truly wonderful people!

This is a very large location with a great selection. Office, kitchen, garage and of course closets plus much more. They have it all covered. there was a sale with 25% off many items this weekend.

Clearance section is in the back left corner. Prices were good, but selection was pretty thin. There seem to be good service in the store as the line got long they brought many new cashiers up to assist and the line moved very quickly.

Parking near the AMC theater is a short walk to The Container Store. There are also many restaurants and a food court on the way.

Although most of this mall is very high-end, there are many unique shops and restaurants including some specialty ice cream and gelato locations that are fun to try out. In the opposite corner of this mall is a newer establishment called Eataly. A must-see.

Nice check in.. Security here is a bit of a pain and want you to continually driver AROUND the building in circles if you barely block a drive. I guess you could park in the middle of the street in the turn lane ↔ next to he parking garage by Chick-Fil-A curbside pickup. The dock is parallel to the road against the building. Average time for unloading here about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.

I’m speechless after stopping at this place! First of all Reggie gave me unmatched customer service. He answered all my questions, showed me how the closet system works, went out of his way to grab extra material for me and loaded up all my products into my car after purchase. Everyone here was so nice and helpful and of course they have everything you could ever possibly need for organizing. They have my business for life.

This is the best Container store location in all of the land!!! The whole crew at this store is so knowledgeable and helpful. As a Professional Organizer I shop at all locations, but this one is by far my favorite!!!

Yes, please. If you thrive on organizing, they have you covered. There are products for every room. The selections are reasonably priced. Give yourself plenty of time to weigh your options carefully. One of the things I like most about this store is that they have a restroom. Organizing a space can be a daunting, time consuming task. They get it.

They had a line outside to help enforce social distancing inside. Good organization and flow. They had just what we needed to organize our closets a bit better. We got a 15% discount from the cashier and also another 15% off our next purchase.

Great for the odds and ends when camping. Perfect for all of your lunch packing supplies. If you've been trying to figure out how to organize your closet better this store is exactly what you're looking for. I got the perfect bento box for both me and my boyfriend, and the storage organization that my sister was looking for. Highly recommend.

Yes, I love organizing and just about every product they sell. I'm giving this review 5 stars because I had the help of a woman named Alison who was EXTREMELY helpful and despite being near closing time, still helped me out without making me feel rushed or that I should hurry and get out.
Amazing service that I was not expecting.

I'm slightly addicted and I know what that says about me as a person. Yes, the prices on some of their merchandise is ridiculous. Yes, I may be foolish for buying into it. But, if you want a truly organized space with productive work flow, The Container Store carries everything you would need.

There's so much to say about the container store that it is really hard to write about in a small review. This store is incredible and unparalleled. Anything that you need to store anything and neat trinkets, how can you go wrong. Just make sure your bank account is strong!

Best sales people I have ever seen in a long time (America needs to bring back individual-to-individual customer service; the old neighborhood hardware store concept).

Fantastically trained staff and employees. These people are customer service focused and really takes it to the next level thanks to their "knowledge". Surely everyone at a store is trained to help a customer but it's different when the employees are knowledgable and having them takes the shopping experience to a different level.

My shelf designer was exceptionally experienced and I was just lucky getting a good sales lady but actually everyone in the store was exceptionally experiened. When I went back she was not there and an equally competent and professional person was there to assist (top down some of the best trained employees I have ever seen).

They blew me away on my first, second, third and fourth trip. There is a third and fourth trip because I enjoyed the shopping experience. This is no IKEA; where you feel the agony just thinking about going there for a return or exchange. I had to exchange a few items and it was quick!

How many places can you go and get an animal toothbrush, doggy bags, keychains and cool compression socks? Seriously, everything in the store is practical and usable. Plus the store is well layed out. Easy to shop and the prices are competitive. A-plus in my book

There is no better store for browsing and finding new things! Especially that thing you've been looking for or read about! And I really don't understand how this store with the banal name manages to impress me every time I go in. How do they know what I want to take home with me? What an impeccable concept!

Today I called the Container Store, wanting to update my Elfa closet system from 7 years ago. They still had my data! I was able to tell them what I wanted to store, they designed an update, and emailed the design and parts to me. I'm able to buy via phone. So easy! They're forthright and helpful, and a breeze to work with. My husband and I love our Elfa closet system! We still get compliments on it. Everything I bought from the Container Store has lasted well over years of daily use. They still offer top notch service just like they did 7 years ago! They are what a buyer hopes for from a vendor: excellent products and excellent service.

Can't get enough of the storage ideas in this place...it's an education
