Plaza Café

Great selection. Prices are not bad for inside the park. Nice to get a hot food break on a chilly day. We had coffee, chili, pretzel and all were good. Employees are really nice. It could’ve been faster so we could get back to it. Purell dispenser was empty.

I had a burger and fries, and man that burger was really good. So delicious. I wish I worked at the zoo so I could eat it more often. Fries were pretty good. nothing crazy. Price. well. a little pricey because of where you are. But you know. it was so good. I'd almost say worth it.

They gave me and my 2 friends complimentary ice cream because our orders took a while.

Very decent for a cafeteria in a kid's place

Not expecting too much for a restaurant in a zoo, but it was actually quite good. Fish and chips was crispy and flavorful. The staff was also friendly and helpful, which is a plus.

No line for a weekday lunch. The team members were kind, inclusive, and efficient. Food was normal zoo food. Chicken was hot, fries were not. Tables on the patio could use more regular cleaning.

The cafe offers sandwiches, salads, pizza, soups, desserts, kids' meals, hamburgers, hot dogs, fish & chips, ice cream and more.

Good food and very convenient.

Decent food and a variety of offerings for a zoo cafe, but the customer service each time we visit is less than average.

I ordered a kids meal including a carton of milk for my daughter yesterday when we were at Zoo. But when I went to pick up my meal. There was no milk. This was not a big deal, but the thing was the lady giving me the milk later didn’t say anything, no apologizes. And her face looked like it’s my fault and I gave her trouble. They really need to improve their customers service.

Everything was good but the indoor dining was not cleaned there was a lot of food and crumbs on the floor

I’ll keep this simple. It’s the only place in the zoo you can get an adult beverage but if you have kids and want to rent a stroller they take your id. The line is long so get your drinks before you take care of your kids. They wouldn’t even call over to check the date. Not mad I couldn’t have a beer but I’m upset that the way it was set up didn’t allow me to. The staff definitely didn’t care and I could feel the smirks as I left.

Ordered a triple espresso and got a single. No effort made to correct, which is ridiculous given how many people were at the counter.
