This park is well maintained as is the trails, there is magic in there air when the people are kind , the surroundings clean , and the voices of families cheering there kids on, and you can walk your dog and enjoy nature. That is serenity

This park is huge by my standards. There are multiple parking lots and areas for a variety of activities. Multiple play areas like for learning gardening with real tools, dirt, plants, fertilizers or whatever the stuff is called, tennis courts, pavilions for group activities, there is just so much to see and do. Might be a good idea to take a picture of the maps so you don’t wonder in circles. You know, I passed this couple like 3-4-5 times because I thought I was smart. The last time I passed them I almost asked them how to get out. The walking/biking trails are numerous. If you live in the area there are multiple trail access points and I took a few pictures to show you.

I would call this a super park because it has it all. Areas for several sports, a garden, hiking trails, a large play area for the kids. Best of all, four miles of hiking trails. Look for the bent tree.

Beautiful park for all ages. Tennis court, basketball, soccer, baseball, trails, excersise court, a playground, and even a nice picnic area. We love this park.

Great park! So much to do. There are several large fields for softball, baseball and soccer. Several basketball and tennis courts. There is a huge play structure/jungle gym with multiple slides, climbing structures, swings and other activities. Lots of benches and picnic tables for parents to watch children play. Gender specific and family bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Dogs are allowed but must be leased. Doggie waste disposal bags are available. Several water fountains with water bottle fillers. Covered picnic area is first come first served. Lots of swings including toddler, handicapped and regular swings. There is a stationary bike and elliptical machine for parents to use while the kids play. This park gets very crowded during peak hours. Lots of parking but only 3 handicapped spaces which are frequently in use.

Best park in Gig Harbor, in my humble opinio. Ball fields, kids play area, adult workout area, huge outdoor amphitheater a cool meadow and a master garden. Trails all the way around and through. Very cool place

Beautiful & Amazing Park!! We have been coming here for the past 17 years. It has definitely changed (especially way more people, of course Gig Harbor is definitely too Overcrowded now), but it is still the best park all around. We have been Participating in events, sports (through Penmet), walking our dog through the beautiful trails + we love their kiddo playground! I highly recommend this park!!

Love this park. Great trails and fields, and the playground and pavilion are really nice. We’ve been to lots of great events here and at the end of summer the blackberry bushes are the best! I wish more of the fields were lighted for the short days of the fall and winter, but an amazing facility for the GH community.

A super well-maintained community park, with a lot to do for all ages and interests. Game fields and courts, playground, gardens, well marked nature and hiking trails, outdoor exercise equipment, amphitheater, and lots of room for picnics and family gatherings. A real gem.

Beautiful park in a great wooded location. Has a big play structure, and very nice fields for baseball, football, and soccer. And amazingly enough the restrooms are clean enough to actually use! There are also basketball and tennis courts here, so basically everything is available.

Loved walking the trails through the forest. Dogs do need to stay on the leash at all times. They provide dog poo bags at the start of the trail.

Beautiful park.
Went to a wedding there. Picture is taken from inside the pavilion. The pavilion has sliding door/walls on three sides.
Park also has walking trails, playground and ballpark.
Easy access and lots of free parking.

Sprawling trails, and leisurely walking paths, plenty of shade when it's sunny and you can always sit in the dugouts. There's a community garden, a pavilion, 2 cleanly bathroom facilities, a playground for kids, workout station for adults, and bag dispensers for dog walkers. August & September are the best months to visit for blackberry picking. All in all, my favorite park in the Pacific Northwest~

I love this park. Lots of trails that wine through the woods that's around the park, lots of open space, baseball and soccer fields. I think some kids were playing pickleball the last time I was there. There's also a concession stand. In the summertime they have concerts and movies. The park is clean, with maps throughout the trails, and easy-to-navigate. The restrooms near the ballfields we're also very clean. They have a master gardening class, as well as other types of classes, but I don't know what those are.
