I had a pleasant experience with this Rolex location. My search for the ideal watch was aided by Paris. Her hospitality was excellent and she managed everything with ease. I am looking forward to have another watch from Rolex.

Hands down the best Rolex boutique in LA! SA Song is very professional and patient to help me go through all the Rolex models since I’m not quite familiar with them. Finally, We narrowed down some choices and she wrote down my wishlist. After months of waiting, I got a text today that my dream watch came in! If you are a first time Rolex shopper like me, make sure to book an appointment with Song. She’ll patiently help you through the whole process and treat you like a VIP. Overall, great and amazing experience!

I had an amazing experience at Gearys Rolex boutique. I came in a few weeks ago and was helped by Paris. She let me try on some beautiful watches. Unfortunately, at the time, there was nothing available for purchase. She took down my information and said they would reach out when the watch I like came available. Today, I received a text from Paris asking if I was still interested in the watch. 😀. So I rushed down to the store to purchase my first rolex watch. Actually, everyone at this store is amazing but Erik has been so amazing with us as a family. I had a great experience working with Paris from Gearys Rolex boutique in Century City. We had been in contact for about a year and a half. With the Rolex mens watch inventory being so sparce, it was hard to find anything. Paris would routinely send me available pieces, but i had my heart set on a specific datejust 41 and she found it for me. Even though i turned down a few pieces she sent me, she still continued to work with me. A lot of brokers almost stop responding to you if you ever turn down a watch. Anyhow, when i finally came in to pick up the watch, Paris and her team treated me well, offered me champagne and did a full walk through of the watch and answered all of my questions. Couldnt be happer with the experience.

Such a wonderful experience. I was greeted upon entering the store and everyone is so kind. I expected to wait at least a year to purchase the black dial date just 41 since it is highly sought after. I’m beyond surprised to receive a text from Steeve in less than a month that there is a date just that I wanted available for purchase. Steeve and Rafael assisted me with the purchase. Both of them are very professional and knowledgable about watches. Also, the lady with glasses is super friendly and bubbly. Thank you all for making my day feel so special.

Me and my husband had a wonderful experience in this Rolex boutique. We had a wonderful sale SONG!!!!!! She was super patience and friendly to us and ours friends. Super professional, able to answer every question that we had. We were able to get one of our wish listed watch pretty quickly. Song was super helpful during the whole process. This Geary’s location is one of the best due to my full satisfying experience . I live close by to this boutique and visited the AD several times in the year. I had only one watch I was interested in and had on my list. Although I knew another AD that my brother and close friends have worked with for years. I was blown away from the respect, honesty and attentive behavior of my AD.

Mr. Erik Forstall is a gem at this boutique he helped me get the exact timepiece I was interested in and inquired. The honesty, professionalism, attentiveness, and respect will make him our whole family’s AD for our luxury timepiece purchases.

I recently bought a watch from Gearys Century City. I couldn't have had a better experience. Rafael was so helpful from day one. He was able to get me the exact watch I wanted. What a fantastic experience.

I have been to many ADs in the past two years trying to get a Rolex Submariner as my first luxury watch. I was treated badly in most of the stores.They were rude and not even trying to help. But today I feel totally different. I went in to the store welcome by an Asian lady Song. She helped me tried on the watches I wanted so bad. And even offer us water. Small detail is everything. Even though she told me the wait time is kind of long. I have been waiting two years anyway. But I am 100% sure I will pick up my first Rolex from this store. Not going anywhere else.

I dint have the time to go in and by time I mean the money. But the store looked nice. There was a a stern man in the door way I couldn't tell if he was a sails man or security. My grandmother gave a Rolex once but God only knows what happend to it. One day I'll have enough to buy one to replace the one I lost. A blue Daytona. Maybe Santa will see this and I'll get lucky. Any way we all can dream.
