AMC Century City 15

AMC Century City is a classic Los Angeles large theatre. They have 15 screens, which include an iMax theatre and a Dolby special theatre. The Dolby theatre (screen 14) has cushioned lounge chairs that you can adjust to lean forward/back and have footrests up/down, for max comfort. The seats are really comfortable and some of the arm rests go up to be able to snuggle with a date. The speakers are so loud that we sometimes use ear plugs to dampen the sound. Large sounds and booms in movies vibrate through the seats. The theatre is 3 stories tall and they recently (3/24) opened a bar and lounge on the main floor. Overall, I love his theatre. On the rare occasion I want to see a movie on the big screen, I love the extra features to make it worthwhile and not just seem like a large television, like some tiny theatres have.

This is a great place to see a movie. It's in a nice location where you can get good views of the city while going to it. The lobby has a good design and you can visit the concession area easily here. I found out they have Impossible Nuggets and they taste very good.

AMC has a great deal now where you can watch 12 movies a month for only $25. This lets you see a large amount of movies for previously would have been the price for 2 movies. So I've been going to various locations all around Los Angeles. The experience so far has been great. Staff are helpful and friendly.

AMC, they make movies better.

Fantastic cinema! Located in a nice shopping mall, a great place to hang out during the weekends if you want to catch a movie. Screen size and sounds are excellent. My only problem with this cinema are the seats. They are comfy but they make weird sounds sometimes. Otherwise, I had a great time with my friends spending the whole day in the cinema watching 3 movies back to back.

My mother and I had a wonderful outing to the Century City Movie Theater recently, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations in every way!

First off, the theater itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It’s evident that they take great pride in keeping their premises spotless, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for moviegoers.

What stood out the most was the level of care and consideration the staff demonstrated towards my mother’s disability. She uses a wheelchair, and the staff went out of their way to ensure she had a comfortable and safe experience. They not only provided us with accessible seating options but also assisted her in getting situated, making sure she had an unobstructed view of the screen. Their attentiveness and genuine concern truly made a difference in our visit.

Now, let’s talk about the movie we watched, ‘Elemental.’ It was an absolute delight! The theater’s sound and picture quality were top-notch, enhancing our overall movie-watching experience. The theater had a great selection of movies, catering to various tastes and preferences, making it an excellent choice for any film enthusiast.

One more thing worth mentioning is the convenient location of the Century City Movie Theater. Situated inside the Westfield Century City Mall, it’s easily accessible and surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options, allowing for a complete day of entertainment.

In conclusion, I highly recommend the Century City Movie Theater for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable movie experience. The friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities, and great movie choices make it a top-notch theater that I will gladly return to for my future movie nights!

I'm rating AMC in Century City solely for the ability to premier an Indy film by acclaimed director Ava DuVernay. The movie Origin is life changing. When it goes national, I'd highly recommend this movie. No exaggeration, Origin is one of the best films I have ever seen, and I appreciate AMC for having the screening.

Those "rocking" recliners in the Dolby Vision theater are so comfortable! Luckily the incredible sound system helps ensure you don't fall asleep in them haha!

AMC Century City made my proposal a night to remember. For weeks I worked hand in hand with them to plan a proposal that was special and unique. They answered every email promptly. There were several times where I came in unplanned to speak directly with the staff, and they made accommodations to meet me every single time.

I wanted to send a special shoutout to Tony Graham, the Digital Cinema Manager/Engineer, who took on the task of making sure the entire evening was tailored to my specificity. Even down to delaying the start of the film to make sure my fiancé was seated before the movie began. This guy know AMC like the back of his hand and really make that place shine! He never got frustrated, but managed every last minute change with a care and professionalism that far exceeded expectations. Also, thank you to Tiffany Tea, a Senior Manager, who helped me and was so valuable along this journey. Lastly, Crystal Rhoades did such an excellent job handling my event planning from the beginning to the end.

AMC will be a part of my love story forever. The above mentioned individuals need nothing short of company wide recognition for the help they provided me. It went above and beyond. AMC Century City is the greatest because of the amazing people they have working for them every day.

One of the best AMC’s in LA they always do advanced screenings, Q&A‘s with directors and a lot of cool stuff. They also have prime Dolby, laser, and IMAX, which is great.

I enjoy coming to AMC Century City 15 Movie Theater because it is a good place for a Better and Exciting Movie Experience. I heard that the AMC Theater Franchise has been around since 1920!! So AMC Century City 15 has IMAX and other Movies Features that demand what time to see the movie you want to see. And if you join AMC Stubs which is like a Reward Program you might get a Free Ticket or Popcorn. It has Three Programs that what program feels right for you. So this is a good place for your family and friends to see Exciting Movie that you want to see when you saw the Movie Trailer that looks good.

This AMC is situated in the bustling and popular Century City mall, Like all AMCs, they show first run movies in a variety of systems, including IMAX. Since this AMC is very accessible to a lot of Los Angeles, it is recommended to buy your tickets and book your restaurant reservations in advance. While it can get very busy, it's location, restaurant and entertainment choices, make this AMC a great choice for date night, We recently saw the Taylor Swift concert movie on its first Saturday night here.
Parking- It took us 30 minutes to locate a good spot for our large SUV. There are multiple parking and mall entrances, so be mindful of where you parked. Some places, including the AMC also validate, but it still cost $10 for parking.
Theatre- this is a typical AMC, everything has moved to the app. I chose my seats and bought my tickets a month before on the App. I showed my ticket from the app, and breazed right in. Busy, but clean bathrooms. The concessions line was long, but I have A-List, so I got to skip the line.
So even though we arrived about ten minutes from show start, we were seated with our popcorn, nachos and drinks in time.
Restaurants- there are some great choices here including Eataly and Javiers. There's a restaurant for every mood.
Overall, I especially drove to this AMC for this event. It was worth the drive.

Have been coming here for several years. Convenient to us and great food options for when dining before going to the movies. There is no in-house dining option like at other locations. But you can order meals at the concessions. They have 3 levels for theaters and macguffins bar opening soon. Last saw it was still under construction. The location is near Beverly Hills/Hollywood so you run into celebrities. Jon Lovitz asked my husband for directions. We also ended up watching the Mortal Kombat movie not realizing one of the lead roles was sitting behind us until their friends cheered when his name came up on the screen. You'll also have random introductions and announcements that a director or writer or actor in the movie you're watching showed up and is sitting in the audience. They might come up and say a few words. The only issue I have with the location is the parking. A lot of people come to the mall to shop so sometimes on holiday weekends you absolutely cannot find parking. We had to refund tickets twice because of this.

Awesome movie Palace w so many options! Great visuals and sound systems. Prices reasonable too.

AMC Century City is a great place to watch a movie. They have all the formats from Dolby, Laser, and I-Max.

Clean theater, comfy seats, great experience! Between me and you, the Woman King with Viola Davis is a must-see!!

Went to see No Time to Die and it was so much fun! A little cramped, but I'm not mad. Everyone wore their mask and the place was clean as a fiddle. :) I'd be back.

It is a little known fact that these seats in theater number five were hand stitched by Walt Disney himself.

This is one of my favorite movie theaters in LA however, they just change the seats and they’re not very comfortable

Amazing theater, second only to the Burbank amc. And if any of the arclights ever reopen
