As you'd expect from Tiffany's: great customer service, professional care and signature pieces of jewelry that all make an elegant and classic statement. I found this new location easy to get to from the parking lot and the mall offers many other shopping and food options for your visit. I liked how I never felt pressured by the sales representative and she showed me options all within my specified budget, ultimately finding me a perfect piece that I hadn't even seen online.

Great assortment of wedding bands. I liked the energy and service provided in this particular Tiffany store. Manuel Armendariz was great and knew exactly what they had in stock and what diamond band would look best with my engagement ring. Such a fun experience and now I know exactly what kind of wedding band I want. I will definitely visit this location again.

Vanessa Ochoa has been delightful to work with, she showed some rings in the store so I could have options with stone sizes and kept in contact with me about me items. She has great attention to details when it comes to tying those signature bows!!!! Being a model/influencer herself Vanessa gives wonderful feedback about styling when I ask for her opinion. It feels like I’m shopping with a friend. I didn’t feel rushed and I had fun, great experience, Look forward to the next time.

We just shopped at Tiffany & Co at century city mall! We were looking for a gift for a friend. Anoosh helped us, and did a wonderful job assisting us. He was so patient and courteous when assisting us. After deciding what we wanted he polished our gift and packed it beautifully! Look for him at the store

The lovely associate helping us, Kadida, was very very friendly and accomodated our every need. Shopping here is an extremely positive experience!

Best customer service I had in any Tiffany. Unfortunately I couldn’t catch her name but she was very nice and kind. I went there to exchange my ring with different size and she gave me a new box and a new pouch and a bag which Beverly Hills Tiffany co didn’t. Very satisfied with the service I had!

It's quiet and very calm. The store feels very luxurious and it's beautiful to see the different designs available.
