F45 Training San Rafael

Amazing workout class with the best staff. Everyone is extremely welcoming and the staff is there to help you achieve whatever goals you have. Lots of community as well but not in an overwhelming way. You can engage as much as you would like and shape your experience at F45. Highly recommend for a high quality workout in a great environment.

I've never been a "gym" person, but after just one class I was hooked and have been going to F45 San Rafael 2-3 times a week for about 9 months. I've had 2 kids but I've never felt fitter or stronger! I love how I can just show up and don't have to do anything thinking - the workout is all figured out and it's fast paced to keep it interesting. I also push myself harder than I would on my own because I'm motivated by everyone else working hard and by the coaches who are engaged but not overbearing. I love the F45 community and I'm so grateful to have a spot so close to home!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone is so nice and it’s so easy to make new friends. I love the structure of these classes and how hard the coaches push you but also make sure you are doing okay throughout the workout. 10/10 recommend :)))

Love this gym! If you are into HIIT style workouts, good music 🎶, and awesome people you will love this place. Feeling great about the way you look is priceless, worth every penny 💪🏽

My friends all come here...took me a long time to jump on board. My 1st class and was greeted by my friends.
Met other members and some at the time was in "training" to become coaches at F45...that person I hold dearly to my heart. ANGIE. Now as coach Angie, she really supported me from day 1....she was a member not even coach but she always took her time to correct my form and even loved having me as a partner. F45 saw something special in her and for that I just love the community and love that everyone here from staff to members have for each other. Each coach is so different and the energy at F45 will get you flowing...Thank you

Best workout ever ! The training classes are so much fun and always a fantastic workout. Love the community, the trainers, the music, the gym and the location! Prepare to sweat 😅

Great welcoming atmosphere and good training!

Functional weights (strength) was exactly what I needed to add to my otherwise active life, yet - not to my surprise - I noticed I absolutely love their cardio classes too. I like the fact that you move fast from station to station. For me, however, the best part is their staff. Owners Mike and Kyle and the trainers are all super friendly and they have managed to create a very nice atmosphere. I have been training with F45 San Rafael since their day 1 which gives away how much I like them.

I can not tell you how much I adore going to F45 in San Rafael. I love all the different types of exercises, the community, the trainers, and moreover Kyle and Mike. You make my day! Love Lorenzo
