Great experience. Drove in on a Sunday afternoon, on my spare, with a nail in the tire. They repaired the tire at a very fair price and I was out in less than an hour. Staff were professional and courteous and I was glad not to have had to wait until Monday to deal. Pic was before the spare was on. Highly recommend.

This was a good experience with replacing tires on a Tesla Model 3. Was looking to save money and still get good tires, and they came through big time. Plus there's a road hazard warranty. Had to wait a day for tires to be delivered, but was fairly quick once I dropped the car off to have them installed. Highly recommend.

Ely is the best! At the counter in San Rafael - saw him handle a ton of people on an insane Saturday all by himself staying calm and friendly with everyone who came in and took time to explain the situation with my tire and then later when I had a different issue on the road he gave me great info. The service folks has me in a spare tire so I could return to work quickly and then it didnt take too long for the replacement either. Definitely recommend when you are nuts over a car issue!

Called first thing in the morning to see if they could fit me in as I needed to arrange for my minivan to be towed to them. Love that they are open earlier then others in the area. Service agent was friendly, helpful and took care of business. Put my mind at ease. Quickly diagnosed, repaired my flat and had me on my way before noon. What a dream team. Thanks so much!

Having hit a steel object hard that CalTrans dropped on the Richmond Bridge right in front of me blowing my tire and freaking me out since it felt like I was hit by a missile. After replacing the tire, I asked the tech if they had test driven the car to see f it needed an alignment. He said they had not, but they could. So, I told them okay let me know. When the tech called back, he reported all good and no alignment needed. That would have been an easy "alignment job" for the shop since I would have trusted them. Instead, I will give them all my tire business going forward, and compliment them on being so honest. Something hard to find these days it seems.

Also fantastic service at this location!! The guys are honest and helpful and upfront! Early drop off is always quick! Took my Tesla in for tire rotation in early today and got to wait for it. shopped at Sprouts and bang! It was ready!

This is my favorite tire shop. They always are courteous and provide fast service anytime I need something. There was a branch in another city that had poor customer service, but not this one.

I highly recommend this location to anyone for related automotive needs.

Nobody likes to get a nail in their tire, especially finding out getting off late from work. Thankfully open on a Sunday I was fixed right up. The whole process was smooth, professional and met with friendly staff.

A call was made to schedule an appointment which was taken and booked by the nice receptionist. Perhaps they were not busy, Toscalitos was quick to take me in an perform a repair on the leaky tire. In less than 40 minutes, the repair was done. They also checked the tire pressures on all wheels.

The service at Toscalito was absolutely stellar. I was in a pinch for time and had a crazy work situation that they accommodated. Furthermore, they were fast, had the best prices on tires that I have ever paid, and had friendly customer service!

Been here multiple times for various services. Every visit has always been great. The guys get the job done and on time as promised. Im happy they are open on Sundays, which is really convenient for me because of my busy schedule.

Had a flat which needed repair. I was quoted a 1.5 hour time, but it was done sooner. The front desk guys are courteous and friendly.

Knowledgeable and good communication! I took my Honda CRV in because the Honda dealership said it needed new front brakes. The staff at Toscalito informed me it was not needed but made me aware of a few other issues that needed attention right away. I appreciated the honesty. Their prices are very reasonable. I will use their services again.

I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and thought I’d give it a try. The experience exceeded my expectations. Herman’s customer service was great. The job was well done with oil changed and tires rotated. All at a much affordable price than the dealership. Plus, I used the waiting time to do grocery shopping and to grab a coffee, both literally across the street from Toscalito’s.

Excellent service on a holiday weekend and got me taken care quickly. Needed a tire repair done on the Saturday before Christmas. Couldn't of happened at a worse time. I'm very grateful to Toscalito Tire. They took great care of me. Thank you!

I had a leveling kit installed on my 2024 GmC and they exceeded there time commitment I was originally told it would take all day my truck was delivered back in 4 hours staff is super friendly and there prices seem to be fair I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

Excellent service when I had a flat on a Saturday morning. Eli helped me with everything quickly so I could be on my way and he was very kind. I'd recommend them based on this experience.

I was must so pleased to be treated as any other person. Often in these car places I don't get respect as a woman, but here at San Rafael Toscalito I was treated in a respectful manner. Plus the tires were put on quickly.
