Shout out to Christopher at the pharmacy who was a huge help with tracking down my prescription in New York and transferring it over. The other person at the pharmacy was also very kind when I went to pick it up. They are busy but committed and helpful. Thank you for a nice pharmacy experience!

The Cosmetic Dept has been give a face lift and has really extensive selections of all kinds of products - great prices.
I was scouring the myriad Cold medicines - daunted by the wide variety of products and the nicest man ( maybe the manager) helped me locate the exact item I need.that was Great!
Will admit, we 'pop in for a pint" ice cream- very good selection. And we like all holiday Cards, and misc holiday items.
Fact: CVS has the Highest prices - and, Walgreens rocks!

Super friendly at pharmacy and they try there best to be fast but be prepared because remember they were the only place for a long time to have the vaccine for months in Marin so they expect some delays

On and off resident of town valley for 30 years. I've always use this for Walgreens. Since the unfortunate Covid situation and seems that the work force has depleted substantially and it's stirred, it has risen a disgruntled workforce. None of us know where each of us is coming from what our days are, like, what are family situations are like in none of that matters when there's a business exchange, it should be pleasant and respectful at least. This is not been my experience at this place for the past couple years. However, I called my call was answered within five minutes has not happened in years.
A young lady named Avery assisted me. She was so polite and so kind and so professional. I never thought I would come back to this Walgreens, but I absolutely will because of Avery. I have not met her but her customer service skills made the difference between me, never coming back and me, choosing to only say good things about Walgreens in general, and as always for the Walgreens in my hometown: off shoreline highway. Promote that young lady! The amount of hostility for me even the pharmacist himself not wanting to answer questions rushing someone off the phone or even hanging up experience and a lot is very sending to me and it affects our community.

Feeling anxious to even give Walgreens a call, let alone go by in person… I am not looking forward to being able to, without hesitation, or fear, use Walgreens as my pharmacy in my local store hub messages. The staff in the store separate from the pharmacy has always been lovely, informative, And incredibly kind. Thank you for whoever hired Avery she is one in 1 million and I'm very grateful to be treated not only with humanity but with kindness, patience, professionalism, and a heightened innate innately. Intuitive sense of dedication to her work and customer service for the customers experience overall. She went above and beyond with some thing I repeatedly struggle with in getting one medication refilled on the monthly basis. Thank you thank you, thank you, Avery. You offered a solution I knew to be true, but that no one else has been willing to do the work and extra steps I can't do on anyone's behalf… for the past six months. Blown away 🙏✨Avery!! 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely disturbed by this walgreens. They could not care less about you or your health or time sensitive prescriptions. Don't expect to wait less than a week for your prescription to be filled, and dont expect it to be correct when you finally do get it. Don't even bother trying to call them....they literally don't answer the phone. Staff is rude and incompetent, constantly trying to blame the customer for their own short comings. I honestly can't believe this place is still in business. It's despicable and embarrassing.

Edit: OK so I'm adding 2 stars for the gentleman (I wish I could remember his name bc he's the nicest and most intelligent person I've spoken to there) who actually called me to tell my rx would be later than initially told. I've spoken with him a few times and he's definitely doing good work. Hopefully this means things are changing here. They do seem to be more on top of it lately.

Customer service needs improvement.

Sadly, I have to join the crowd on this one. Yesterday, I drove to Walgreen's to buy nail polish. There were rows and rows of prices saying "$2.49" and "$4.29". Hadn't bought any in years, and last I remember, I was paying way below that, so thought this was an okay deal with inflation. Got up to pay in the front and they had one guy. Poor guy. Courteous and helpful but totally overwhelmed. At least 8 people in line, and more being added as we waited. He tried to call for help but the PA wasn't working. Almost 30 minutes later, another person came to help, and she rang me up. What should've been about $7 (I had 2) rang up $16! I told her it was wrong and would show her the tags. She walked to the back and then pointed out that only the specific colors were those prices (aka every other one, but not the ones I picked). Seriously? I stood in line for 30 minutes and walked out with nothing. She held up the rest of the people in line rather than just honor the poorly marked items. Very deceptive pricing! Two stars only because of the nice guy working his butt off.

9:15 and store just opening. I guess they slept in today.

Pro - This pharmacy has Covid shots and appointments available online.

Con - this is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Expect to spend at least an hour for a Covid shot appointment.
