Dr Parise epitomizes 'bed side manner'. Her friendly concern feels genuine, and never rushed. I can't remember her new nurse's name, but she was also great in this, our first encounter. Check in staff always are prompt and efficient. I always trust the care I receive and feel truly cared for.

I had a recent visit to the dermatology clinic. I did not have to wait and spoke with the medical assistant who was informative and caring. I met with Dr Barton who reviewed my history in the derm clinic and asked about my current concerns. He examined me and recommended a tangential biopsy of my lesion on the nose. He prepared me for the procedure and answered all of my questions. The procedure went very well and he discussed follow up wound care. The medical assistant came back in and went over all of the instructions and I left the clinic about 45 minutes after I arrived. I had excellent care.

Dr. Mason is the best! Of course he remembered me and shook my hand, asking genuinely how I was and what brings you here. He listens attentively and responds thoughtfully. Incredibly supportive. Couldn’t thank him enough. Thank you, Dr. Mason!

Dr. Maria Rhodora Chan is a wonderful doctor! I’m very happy to be in her practice. She is professional, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate Kaiser allowing us to choose our own doctors. After my Kaiser doc left, I had to try a couple docs to find the right fit. I have great peace of mind now knowing Dr. Chan is my primary doctor at Kaiser.

San Rafael medical offices are within easy driving distance with available parking so appointments are easy to get to at that clinic. Appointments made online are easy to set. My physician, Carolyn Daisy Mar MD and her staff assistants are always on time, very efficient and always pleasant. Check-in staff at front desk on third floor are friendly, helpful and efficient. Wait time to see doctor is not long.
Had to have blood drawn the same day. Walk-in bloodwork clinic very efficient. Staff that draws blood exceptonally skilled because I have always had small, difficult viens. All in all, San Rafael downtown clinic is a great In N Out medical clinic.

Dr. Parise makes me feel very cared for when I'm in her office. She listened to me about my goals and gave me good advice. I am very happy that she is my doctor.

Dr. Parise is the best, caring, smart, takes the time to address my concerns. I trust her completely, I was hoping that she could take on my partner, but she’s fully booked.

We are very fortunate to have Dr. Parise as our family's Primary Care MD. She is highly skilled, thorough, kind and always attentive.

Of course it's always satisfying to see Doctor Mason, who, besides being so professional, is also so friendly and personal, a great guy! The same can be said for how I'm treated by whoever attends to me before Doctor Mason arrives.

Able to schedule appointment quickly. Got everything I needed done during appointment. Didn’t feel rushed. Doctor available to answer all questions and discuss all recommendations

Dr East has terrific bedside manner, is a careful listener, a seasoned and incisive diagnostician and runs a very professional office. He also is extraordinarily punctual in returning emails and phone calls.

Dr. Sinnott, was friendly, very thorough and knowledgeable. She helped me feel at ease and well taken care of.

Dr Yee was thorough and kind. He went through all my concerns and we talked about how to get tests to help me out.

Dr. Kenning was an extremely good listener, has excellent bedside manners, was thorough and attentive to my concerns.
