Nice people who run/own it, and easy ordering/shipping process. They were helpful when requested, but I did not feel pushed or pressured to buy something. Shopped around in the show rooms (without someone breathing down my neck), ordered, and got the delivery the day I was promised. I bought a nice-sturdy all wood bed frame (they even customized it!), and I'm very happy about the price vs quality. Paid $40 for delivery and set up - plus $80 for removal of all my old bed stuff (king sized: frame, mattress and box strings). Very satisfied and I'm happy I didn't order something online.

Absolutely beautiful (Custom sofa , sofa bed, mattress, bed frame , bunk bed , kid bed Dresser, v..v) and unique furniture at very reasonable prices. So much cool variety you won't find at big furniture stores. I'll be to Dimensional back soon!

This is a great place to go for any furniture needs. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful, but not overly helpful to where you feel uncomfortable. I went in to find a couch, and ended up getting an entire living room set up for an amazing price. All prices here were very fair, and the quality of furniture looks very high end. Went in on Wednesday, and was promised delivery and installation by Saturday...they arrived promptly on time and were very professional. I would highly recommend shopping here! I am very happy I did!

You need to check this location out! I was moving to a new place and had bought a mattress at Mancini's Sleep World right before coming here. The mattress was pretty pricey and I was having second thoughts. I came to Dimensional Outlet Furniture and ended up getting a new mattress, bed frame, and couch that altogether, was just about $200 more than the price of just the mattress at Mancini's! I returned the mattress and saved a TON of money in the process.

Not only was the furniture cheap and of great quality but the family who runs the business were extremely nice as well! I can't remember the name of the man who delivered the furniture but he was so helpful and was very quick in putting everything together. He even helped me bring my Amazon packages inside!

Dimensional Furniture also carries at least one American made brand, from California, for upholstered furniture offering custom options for size and fabrics on upholstered pieces like sofas, sectionals and chairs, with catalogs of the furniture and maybe hundreds of fabric samples for them along with space to sit and search through the options.

Ken is one of the BEST people I've ever met.
He's my 'go to' for any furniture I might need (usually for my clients). I can't speak highly enough of Ken plus the broad selection of furniture. I'm going to call him now about something else my friend needs . . .

I bought a sleeper sofa from this store and paid for delivery/assembly. The delivery crew refused to wear masks and did not place any kind of protective material over our carpet when they assembled it. Unfortunately, they tore the carpet in multiple places. When I called to discuss how to handle this situation, the owner, Thinh Nguyen, was rude and dismissive, and he outright lied about several aspects of the assembly that he could not have known about since he was not present. This store is owned by a dishonest and irresponsible man who refuses to take accountability for the errors of his delivery crew. It will cost me between $550–$900 to repair my carpet due to his dishonest business practices. Avoid this place! Customers deserve far better treatment than what you can get at Dimensional Furniture Outlet.

Edited to add: The owner's response below is verbatim the decision of the Marin Superior court that we, as apartment renters, "lacked standing" to sue Dimensional merely because, as renters, we do not "own" the carpet that Dimensional Furniture damaged. (Our landlord owns the carpet, so only he has standing to sue, per the court.) The decision does NOT suggest that Dimensional Furniture was innocent; in fact, the judge's wording in the full letter implied that she believed us and would rule in our favor if we had legal standing. The owner of this store is actually a criminal that got away with damaging our carpet, and he has literally been told by the Court that he cannot be held responsible for his bad business practices as long as they only damager renters' property. Stay away from business owners who believe they cannot be touched by the law!
