Friendly and welcoming. All of the staff greets me. Very caring and thorough dentist. I was on the hunt for a new dentist and just walked in the door and got an appointment right away.

As a patient of Dr. Pitzen, I honestly feel that my teeth are in the hands of one of the best dentists in the South Puget Sound region. He is a true professional yet is always just a smile away from a laugh. When he took over from the wonderful Dr. Walker I was really afraid I would be looking for a new dentist, but after a few visits I was convinced I should stay right there, and have never regretted my decision. The support staff all stayed as well and they are all terrific. I have had some challenging problems with my teeth and Dr. Pitzen has handled them all beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a dentist for just yourself or for your family, you could not go wrong here. It is like becoming a part of a family as you get to know the doctor and his staff.

Dr Pitzen and his staff are fantastic. They took me in even though I wasn't a patient during the pandemic and provided me with the proper drug to remove an absess I had under one of my wisdom teeth. Then he removed the wisdom tooth without any pain during the extraction and I have had no pain from the extraction since. Very skilled, friendly and Covid conscious. They also checked over all of my teeth and I received two deep cleans because I am starting to lose some of the bone around my teeth. but the deep clean will keep the bones in good shape. The deep clean was not painful because of all the attention they put into the process. Their wonderful staff also found a growth on my tongue and referred me to an oral surgeon who removed it and the biopsy came back with nothing abnormal. I am so glad I have the Pitzen team for my dental care and I am taking my daughter there also.

Dr. Pitzen is the best in the business. Not only is he the best dentist, he uses only the best dental hygienists, oral surgeons and the best prosthetic manufacturer. He's warm, funny and has an absolutely marvelous staff. I highly recommend him for all of your dental needs.

Our whole family sees Dr. Pitzen, & he is wonderful!! One of my kids has oral sensory issues, & even he does fantastic with Dr. Pitzen. He is caring, knowledgeable & so gentle! My son split his tongue open a year ago, & Dr. Pitzen stitched him up beautifully! My boy could have been very traumatized by the experience, but instead he talks about it with great humor. :)

I had Dr Pitzen as my dentist for years when he worked at his previous dental office in Graham.. my whole family Loved him. He is fabulous at his job, no pain while giving novocain! We really miss him being local.

My youngest struggled with trips to the dentist to the extent of not even opening her mouth for a visual. Then we were able to start going to see Mike and his wonderful team. From the very first visit, no more struggles. In fact all three kids look forward to going. My husband and I also go to this team.

Everyone is very friendly and pleasant. Brandi does a very thorough job with the whole teeth cleaning process and Dr Phitzen is my go to Dentist. Highly recommended!

I've been a patient of Dr. Pitzen for many years. I had a routine visit recently. Brandi, my hygienist performed her usual excellent cleaning and polishing.
In this case I forgot to take my arithromyacin prior to my visit (needed for my knee.) No worries. After taking the meds Brandi did the procedures in reverse order to give the meds enough time to take effect. In short, the staff is professional and pleasant from the receptionist (Sandee) to the hygienists.
I would recommend Dr. Pitzen's practice to anyone who is in search of a professional, highly competent practice.
