Quick and efficient service. The workers are welcoming and friendly. They were eager to let me know about eligibility on my account and Brianna got me upgraded from my iPhone 8 to new big 15 plus.

I’m happy to see she got all my contacts over and even the picture of my dear late husband moved over. I get to see his handsome face on this big screen! Thank you ATT!!

This shop is great. I've gotten 3 of my phones here and it's always been great service. Jason especially was fantastic. He helped me and my wife decide on getting the Samsung Z Fold 5. Jason introduced a great deal and was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Thanks a lot Jason and AT&T!

AT&T's 611 customer service line illegally activated an esim on my phone, even though I refused it - this resulted in loss of phone service. I went into the store this afternoon (Sunday, February 18 around 6:30pm) and I couldn't be more pleased with the friendly, helpful, accurate, above-and-beyond service. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he set me up with a new working sim card, cleared some old ones off my phone, and explained some useful information about traveling with an esim. 10/10 thanks so much for saving the day!

My first impression of the store was that it was super clean and well organized the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had stopped by to get help with my phone I had went to 2 other locations and none could help me out, needless to say I was steaming, pretty much fed up with AT&T. But the manager Mr.Alsonso was very courteous, and professional. He took it upon himself to personally help me with my issues, and resolved my problems quickly, while educating me on how to maintain my phone to keep it running properly. I can’t stress how amazing the staff, was this will be my primary store from now on thanks a lot!

Come to this store if you want a new phone! I swear this is the best experience I've experienced in a while. If you work with Victoria and you WILL NOT be disappointed. Her customer service and knowledge is top notch. Tell AT&T to give this woman a raise!

Lillie the new manager is absolutely amazing!

I sent my 73 year old mother over to her the other day to get help with her iPhone. She said Lillie was so extremely patient and kind, and was able to solved her iPhone issue with minimal effort!

This has been my family’s AT&T home store for going on 6 years now, and I’ve dealt with lots of managers there during that time. Some that care about the customer and some that don’t care as much. Lillie has proven that she is one that cares deeply!

Two months ago I was in the store when a guy came in and snatched one of the phones right off the wall in front of me!

It’s baffling to me that this is happening in our community, and speaking with other businesses in the area, it seems this is happening to them as well!

As a community, I think it’s so important that we rally around these businesses that are trying their best to support customers, while having to deal with these theft issues.

If we don’t support them then we shouldn’t be surprised when they pack up and leave.

Lillie the manager is fantastic. I had a iPhone 1 and she upgraded me to an s22 Ultra, I even got free swag out of it from some nice Samsung lady and Ethan was a charmer and he saved the day with hooking me up with a wireless charger to complete my ecosystem. Would recommend! Such friendly people!!!

Somehow, we came on what seemed to be the busiest day for the AT&T store. Luckily though, we were greeted and helped by Gloria Bacon. We had come in for something we thought would be a simple and quick procedure but unfortunately, we were wrong. From forgotten passwords to AT&T technical online support not being able to help (through no fault of anyone in the store), it seemed that everything that could have gone wrong did. Still with all these accidents (and being at the store for nearly 2 hours) I have to say we had a pleasant experience. Gloria was extremely attentive towards us and her positive attitude was too contagious for us to be upset by how long we were there. She had made 2 hours feel like 20 minutes. I have to say, this was the best customer service experience I have had in the last 5 years.

My husband and I both needed to upgrade our phones. The employee that helped us, Heather was probably one of the best customer service people I have ever come across. She was friendly, engaging, continued conversations with us as needed while we waited for all the phone information to be transferred. She even went as far as to go to another store to get my new phone for me, not many employees would care about that or even offer. She was very knowledgeable of everything we needed, not only that she answered a lot of everyday questions about the technology of the phones as my husband and I are old school. I don't know how we would of understood how or what new phones to get without her. Not only that, she saved us money by explaining how one of our services could be adjusted. Cant say enough. Hope she gets a raise and more commission. She actually worked about 14 hours that day to accommodate us as well as other customers, because there were about 10 people waiting for assistance and only 2 employees. If it wasn't for Heather I would of walked out.

This is applause - and a thank you - for Isaiah, the manager of your University Place AT&T store. I just got my first iPhone and needed help in getting it going. Isaiah showed expertise in helping activate the phone - but also an admirable amount of patience in helping me get acquainted with the unit. In addition to his technical skills, his sincere, cordial personality speaks well for your business.

One of the best AT&T experiences I have had after leaving a really cruddy store. Isaiah and Gloria were really helpful fixing my bill and plan after someone made an absolute mess of it!

Sharlene was working alone and patiently juggling several customers, giving each her full attention and expertise. When she was able to get to me, I explained my frustration with having spent hours on the phone with AT&T, trying to secure a SIM card for my new iPad Pro. Sharlene troubleshooted and even coordinated with a company rep on my phone to initiate the device without the physical card. Most helpful. Most pleasant.
