Finish Line (located inside Macy's)

I purchased a pair of tennis shoes from Finish Line inside the San Rafael Macy’s store. When I bought them, I was assured that if they didn’t work for me that I could return them within 90 days. I have had them for 25 days; wore them for 20 minutes inside my house; the tag is still on the shoes and the cashier informed me that the shoes are too worn to be returned. Seriously?
(It didn’t help that the cashier was kind of rude and I had to say “excuse me” when standing at the counter as he was playing on his phone and didn’t bother to even lookup as I stood there.)
Apparently, Finish Line will say anything to make a sale. I’m so disappointed that I will not shop at Finish Line or Macy’s again. I would give 0 stars if I could. Macy’s should do better with the companies they partner with.

If you are going to have store hours, be open for your store hours. Hope management reads this and gets this store’s act together. You have 15 people waiting to come in at 10:15 yet not a single employee has shown up. Was supposed to open at 10. Do better.
