Revival Strength

My experience this last year working with Coach Bri has far exceeded all expectations I had going into this process. Not only is she incredibly kind and patient in the way she approaches Coaching but she also challenged me in ways I didn’t even know I needed to be challenged. What was keeping me stuck for so long took a lot of introspection and Coach Bri wasn’t afraid to ask the tough questions to get to the root of what was holding me back and what was really important to me. Not only have I gained strength and confidence during this process, but my cup is overflowing again which has created positive ripple effects in other aspects of my life and relationships. This has honestly been the best investment I’ve made in myself. I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.

I’ve been doing FBB on and off for 4 years. The quality of their product just continually gets better every time I comeback to it. It’s really amazing how they’re constantly improving their programming. I’m currently doing the Persist PUMP online track and I’m really impressed with the workouts. I can honestly say they’re fun and I look forward to them. For the price I think it’s the best programming in the world for someone looking to get in great shape and stay healthy. I worked 1 on 1 with Shanna as well and she is such a great person! Always changing my workouts based off what I needed or asked for. I visited the individual gym once and Marcus took the time to come say hi and introduce himself. He also has individually responded to my emails in the past. That shows he cares because most owners wouldn’t do that. Marcus has really put together a great team and they’re truly changing the health and wellness world.

I have been a remote client of Marcus since April of 2013. Let's say my life has changed immensely from that date to present day. Not only have I improved my training experience in CrossFit, but I have learned so much from him (being a coach myself) as well as made major changes to my lifestyle that I probably wouldn't have done without him. It has truly been a life changing experience. Marcus and his team honestly care about your goals and progress and consistently work at helping you reach them!

Marcus Filly and his crew are exceptional trainers and coaches. It was an awesome day with my good friend Marcus Martinez, when we got to meet them!! Looking forward to even more experiences!

I've been a persist programming customer for a year and it's very mindfully crafted. I enjoy enjoy the weekly email and podcast. I hope to come to the gym some day soon :) Be well, Marcus and team :)

Thank you to Marcus and Revival Strength. I wake up every day looking forward to my workouts. My muscle imbalances and nagging injuries are becoming a thing of the past and I am engaged and improving every week.

These guys are at the top of the curve in terms of understanding exercise science and applying it in the right way to the right athletes.
