The staff here helped me so much when my brother got out of the hospital. I had to fill his prescriptions and buy over the counter items to help him recover at home. They helped me find everything and more. They were great.

I second everyone who’s mentioned the horrible service. The pharmacy, in particular. I’m surprised that they can’t get their s**t together better. I will transfer my business somewhere else. And it won’t be a CVS.

Sooo… the pharmacy NEVER actually answers the phone at this location. They should just eliminate calling in if they’re never going to actually pick up the phone. Three days in a row I tried calling several times regarding prescription questions and they never answered. Please fix this problem. It is unacceptable. It is not busy 24/7. It’s ridiculous.

Currently on hold for 50+ minutes…so not great. Awesome that it’s 24 hours, but I also think that’s why it’s always the busiest pharmacy. Always a wait.

The employee Daniel that was working the window I went to for my medication was RUDE. I showed him my GOODRX gold app and number showing that my cost should be about five dollars less and he snidely asked "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR JUST FIVE DOLLARS? " I asked how long it would take to put in my GoodRX Gold information (That I pay for a subscription each month to make medication a little more affordable), and he said five to ten minutes. I said please put in my information so I will get my discount and you will have it in your system so I get the right price next time. I asked if he knew why my prescription costs over $50 here and just $16 at Safeway and he very rudely replied, \"YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET YOUR MEDS HERE, JUST GO GET THEM THERE THEN\". The audacity he showed to be so ill-mannered and customer UNFRIENDLY shocked me and when he finally rang up my medication for check out THE PRICE WAS NOT LOWERED TO THE DISCOUNTED PRICE I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET. That employee DOES NOT BELONG IN A POSITION OF HELPING THE PUBLIC OR ANY INTERACTION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. He should be digging ditches by himself somewhere. The fact that CVS allows their employees to treat their customers in such a way has me looking for somewhere else to give my money. My next move will probably be writing the local newspaper about the gouging of customers. CVS (San Anslemo) is charging $202.99 for a 90 supply of Terbinafine, a GENERIC version of Lamisil that can be purchased at many other local pharmacies for as low as $15. AND the pharmacist DID NOT enter my goodRX number that would have lower my price to a still outrageous $110.82. WHAT YOUR PHARMACIES ARE DOING IS CRIMINAL.

Horrible service. They hire managers who can barely speak English. I called to find a replacement cuff for my grandmother’s blood pressure monitor and was assured they had a couple brands in stock. Once I drove over with the monitor needing replacement I found that there were not only no monitor cuff replacements but the new monitor I went to buy was improperly priced on the shelf. They wanted to charge me over $40 more than the shelf price of the monitor. I spoke with the manager in person who I spoke with on the phone and he said that he misunderstood but offered no balance to compensate the time of mine that he wasted.

The worst pharmacy service ever. Usually 5-10 people in front of me. Minimum wait 20 minutes. Less than one star if I could.

Worse service ever at the Pharmacy, my order ready; just put me aside to take care other customers; why make me wait when my prescription is ready!!!

As soon as I walked in I was followed around by an employee as if I was going to steal something. When I walked to the register the same guy followed and watched me until I left. It was very annoying.
