Wow! I don't understand the bad reviews...guess I need to read them all. In my case the pharmacy is most important. Staff there have always been courteous and helpful to me.
This an important location as it is close to many medical offices, care facilities, and Marin's main hospital, the former Marin General. It can get crowded in the Pharmacy waiting line. Check the internet for the peak times and modify your visit time accordingly. Remember, it is open 24 hrs.

I had the privilege of visiting the CVS Pharmacy recently, and I wanted to share my positive experience, specifically regarding a young teen Iya working at the store. Their exceptional service and professionalism truly made my visit memorable. I believe that Iya is a true asset to your store and an excellent representation of the values you uphold. Their exceptional service not only met but exceeded my expectations. I left the store feeling grateful for their assistance and with a newfound loyalty to CVS Pharmacy.

Lot of rough reviews here, maybe a day staff issue? When my doctor botched my prescription send-out and I wasn't able to pick it up from my regular CVS in time, the night pharmacist here was able to transfer it in and had it ready within 20 minutes. Less than 8 minutes between when I walked in and walked out with my prescription in hand.

Looks like everyone is reviewing the pharmacy. I would like to talk about the general store and staff. They’re great! Super friendly, neighborhood general store. They know my name, ask about my children and are always asking if I need help finding things. The shelves are stocked and pretty much always have what I’m looking for. And, it’s 24 hours! Not sure what people expect from a pharmacy, I mean if you’re waiting a long time, it’s probably because they’re busy helping everyone else who need to pick up a prescription. It’s not like they’re in the back sleeping or on their phones like most other places. I suggest finding a less busy pharmacy if it’s that big of a deal.

The management is also very friendly and helpful.

The night Pharmacist, Nicholas Wang, was so helpful. I called to make sure they had a medication in stock, and he made sure it was filled and ready by the time I arrived 15 minutes later. It was by far and away the best emergency pharmacy experience I’ve ever had! Thank you :)

Always been wonderful to me. Love that it is 24 hours

The pharmacist and pharmacy staff were amazing in getting an emergency refill on my husband's prescriptions that he forgot at home. On vacation and no meds when you are diabetic is not good. They were caring and understanding. Thank you all for everything you did for us!

This pharmacy is the best I've been to. Pharmacy technician Brit was actually the most helpful advocate I've ever had. He called my insurance, was on hold for 30 minutes, and didn't give up. He was honest with me, and had many great suggestions on how to streamline the process for next time. Thank you, Brit! You've got a customer for life.

They are the only 24hr CVS in the area... EZ 5 stars

Bravo for keeping a 24hr pharmacy when almost no other businesses will. Always friendly and helpful people, and always find what I’m looking for.

They were fine. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before my prescription was sent in because I would have picked a different pharmacy. But there was no line, they had it ready for me, no problem.

Nice layout, spacious, bright. Many checkouts open. A joy to shop there. Just wish it was closer​.
