I had a great experience working with Shawn. He has been super helpful guiding me through the process and coming up with a policy that suits my needs. When I had to submit claims he and the team have been responsive when called upon. Shawn has also been a great advisor on insurance and I'd recommend Shawn and the firm to any friend in need in a heartbeat.

Wow, I've gotta give a huge shoutout to Trevor Lam and his State Farm crew. These folks really know how to make you feel good about insurance!

They made choosing auto and life insurance a breeze. They explained all the options thoroughly, so I didn't feel lost. And they never left me hanging – always quick to reply and answer my questions.

What really blew me away is how well they know their stuff. They're like walking encyclopedias of insurance knowledge. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you get the right coverage.

She would reach out to me if there was a problem and tell me how it was being handled. She told me when papers where coming and what to sign and what to send back. The idea that I didn't have to worry about anything and that Linda was on top of it helped me not worry about how my claim was going. I am very happy with how Linda handled the whole situation and how State Farm handled my claim. I will continue to use State Farm for my insurance in the future. Thank you to everyone in the office.

I wanted to change car insurance so decided to call State Farm for a quote. I recommend you ask to speak with Eve as she was very helpful and did her best to get me what I wanted. She even reviewed my initial quote and was able to find and fix a minor mistake that brought down the price of my insurance. We went back and forth on different plans and bundles in order to get into the price range that I wanted. I had a direct phone number I could reach her at which was so amazing since my previous company would have me on hold for 2 hours and would not provide a direct contact line. I look forward to being covered by State Farm.

This is the best State Farm office I have every dealt with and I have been a State Farm member for over 20 years now. Samantha answers my queries right away and she often works late to make sure she returns all calls. She is extremely knowledgeable, fast and efficient and will run questions by her boss, Trevor, is she needs further clarification.

Also, anytime we needed additional insurance for the various harbors we kept our boat at, Samantha immediately emailed/faxes over the certificate to the harbor.

I feel that this State Farm office treats my family as part of their family there and I even got a great term life insurance policy for my son through Samantha and Trevor. Thank you both very much for all your professional help.

I submitted a request to State Farm for an insurance quote back in November of 2022. Samantha was assigned to assist me. Samantha was very communicative and reviewed all my options with me. She was very clear and professional. At that time I decided not to chance insurance provider. Fast forward to March. For an unknown reason Geico raised my rates. So naturally I decided to shop around again. I contacted Samantha and she got back to me quickly. She reviewed my details and even suggested I bundle renter's insurance because it could further lower my rates. Well, I did decide to switch and go with Samantha and State Farm. Our only regret is not working with Trevor Lam's office sooner! We highly recommend them and living over 50 miles away does not matter. We appreciate Shawn Lee with his response time, clarifying questions and a HUGE pleasant surprise, refund checks when he reviewed our policies unbeknownst to us! Since I am a long-term and loyal State Farm customer, I only had to contact Trevor's office when I needed to make adjustments. I've worked with Marcy to update my auto mileage and coverages. More recently, Marcy helped me update some of my other policies including preparing a quote for a new policy. She is very professional, knows her stuff, and is super responsive. If the level of service I received from Marcy is reflective of the agency's values and ability to find talent, then I will be very happy for the next 25+ years with Trevor Lam's agency.

Awesome service!!! Insurance is complicated, Trevor and Samantha took their time to review my Commercial property policy which was very outdated. Together, they dug deep into fine details, they generously gave me so much time and answered lots of questions. They are incredibly knowledgeable and made it easy for me to understand. Also, they provided options so I could choose the coverage and the pricing that worked in my budget which I really appreciated. We then moved onto the house and auto:) It took us some time but it's all in place now! Thank you guys so much for your great service, patience, and for being so awesome!!!
