Went in today with my husband, our first time there. Everyone there was extremely kind & helpful! Toya was really great & also super sweet. Definitely going to be our new dentist spot! 10/10 would recommend!

I just had the pleasure in working with Ariah and Dr. Crystal in a procedure I just got done with. They both took care of all my needs, answered all my questions, and before the procedure they both went over with what was going to be done, so I could be comfortable in knowing before hand, what was taken place. I can tell from how full the lobby is that everyone here is choosing this dentist office as their source of services. I will guarantee you, you will not be disappointed with coming here. Just know before hand, you will never give another place your business again, when you come here. I guarantee it.

I am very nervous about going to the dentist but the dental technician Ariah, Dr. Crystal, and the front staff made my visit very painless and comfortable. They helped me fell confident about my appointment, always asking if I comfortable with everything. All of the staff is greatly appreciated.

It's been a few years since I've been to a dentist and I was extremely nervous about it because of my past experiences in a different state. The dental hygienist, Kailynn, was very welcoming and nonjudgmental. She really helped ease my nerves. Shout out to Maliyah and Dr. Kim as well for providing a welcoming environment and making it such a positive experience.

I came in with a tooth abscess-really swollen and in pain. I was really grateful that UP smiles was
able to get me in-other dentistry places I contacted were full and/or didn’t get back to me. I ended up needing to get a root canal. The staff was really warm and welcoming and took good care of me throughout the procedure. It was a very smooth and painless process which I appreciate since I get tremendous anxiety about my teeth. Very satisfied with my experience and grateful to the whole staff!

I have always been terrified of dentist witch is the reason I had a full extraction. From the first time I walked in the door, everyone there treated me kind and professionally. The surgery was amazingly fast even though I was jumping out of my seat( scared more than anything) but the dentist and nurse handled it great. Thanks to you all. Can't wait to get my smile back.😁

Dr. Lee and her assistant are wonderful and amazing ladies! They always make my dentist appointment less stressful due to being patient with me and deal with my attitude from being in pain when arriving. The staff let alone are friendly and take the time to answer all my questions at all times. They even provide me work notes which is awesome. I keep going back to this dentist office because they all provide me a safe n gentle experience when getting my bad & hurting teeth fixed or removed! They always listen to my concerns carefully too!

Ariah was so nice and comforting the whole time I was getting my teeth done. Dr. Lee let me take as many breaks as I needed and explained the whole process to me. I used to have such a fear of the dentist and now I think I’m over that fear after my visit today! Thank you!

Had my temporary crown fall off and they were able to bring me in the same day to fix it. I worked with Matthew, who was totally awesome! He was very personable and wanted to make sure that every felt right and that I was comfortable.

i got my wisdom teeth out and am writing this review bc Dr. Chi and the nurse who helped me during the process were very professional and they were reassuring. I put off getting my WT out for years and finally did it. It was a quick process and it's all thanks to Dr. Chi. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process too! Thank you.

Everyone is so personable and kind, I was in and out in 30 minutes for a tooth extraction that was causing me a lot of pain and anxiety. They're amazing human beings who are great, fast, and professional at what they do. They cheered me on when things were getting scary, and thanked me for letting them know when it hurt so they could numb me more and not cause me more pain.

This place is beyond amazing! They got me in and out in 1 hour. They answered all questions I had and made me feel so comfortable. The staff here is efficient and makes you feel like you’re around friends and family!

Dr. Chi are amazing because he did pull out all four of wisdoms. Also thank for assist care me clean and care. I got numbs and funny gas make me calm. Wow! Fast feel like 25-30 minutes for all four come out. Mostly other company that my friends mostly time only one wisdom take about 1 to 2 hours wow. I am so glad that Dr. Chi did anything for my wisdoms. He is champion best than other companies! God bless Dr, Chi.

Dr. Lee goes the extra mile to make sure your concerns are addressed and you feel heard. She double checked the margins of an old crown after i was rear-ended by a semi truck and took the time to assure the health of the affected teeth affected during the accident.

Everyone was amazing! Very friendly helpful and understanding. I always have anxiety going to the dentist but they reassured me and explained every step of the process and that made me comfortable.

Dr.lee and Jessica made me feel comfortable, its been two years since my last check up and they gave me the information and resources to feel confident in getting the treatment I need. Fast, as well I might add. I will be coming back!!!

I had full mouth extractions today and it only took less than 1 1/2 hours from start to finish 🙃. Had Halcion and nitrous did not feel a thing. The injections 💉 were the worst thing. Dr. Choi was top notch. I will return for follow up. Best dentist I've seen.

Best dentists office I’ve been to. Everyone was kind and walked me through everything. All the staff were friendly. Today I got to work with elayna and dr crystal, they were both wonderful. 10/10!
