Gentle Dental Bridgeport

I have always been petrified when It comes to visiting the dentist office. This office went out of their way To make my experience a comfortable one. Dr. Park and her assistant, Wendy, were absolutely wonderful. I will not be so scared to go in and have work done in the near future. Thank you ladies! I appreciate your patience and understanding!!!!

I was so nervous... The dentist said if you feel ANY pain or discomfort let me know and I will Stop and get rid of the pain... He did just that! I had 2 implant and almost pain free even after the numbness wore off... Never have I not been in pain after having implants done... Thank you soooooo very much! Your The Best!

Very organized and on time. My experience was with Dr. Lotfi , she is very professional, nice and passionate .she spent enough time for checking my teeth and gave me advice in detail for my treatment process. She did excellent job on my teeth including filling and several crowns. Staff was very friendly and professional.
I am very happy that I have chosen Gentel Dental and Dr. Lotfi in University Place office.

I came to this clinic because my clinic in Lakewood said closed and I was in a lot pain. Well I have to say that as soon as I met the staff here and the dentist I switched to this location. I have to drive a little further but it is well worth it.

I wish I could give Dr. Lee six stars instead of five. She did my fillings to perfection. The dental assistants were very nice as well.

I came here for braces and it was a friendly place. 5 stars. Though the phone number leads to an office in Bellingham instead of the one here.

Dr dang did a great job and his assistant as well. I'd recommend them to anyone. Staff was really helpful. Thank y'all.

They're nice and all when you're there, but it was very unprofessional and rude how when they closed they never called or emailed me or asked me to reschedule my appointment that was already scheduled. I didn't get an appointment reminder as usual which caused me to call to confirm myself and I ended up having to scramble for a last minute appointment a week later at a very inconvenient time at their new location. Lucky I called in advance or I would have shown up really confused. Like, if you're going to consolidate, great, but don't book appointments for after you're set to close. Super lame.

Nothing Gentle about this Dental office. Terrible service to my 90 year old grandmother. Streched her face as they sedated her so severely it bruised and left permanent damage to her sensitive skin. Then to top it off left her with terrible work that she had to go get refitted at another dentist because they refused to fix there awful work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They charged her knowing she was on a fit income and shunned her when she complained. Very disgusting staff and dentist running this business. Shame on you...

So I had insurance this past Saturday and the lady at the front desk told me she could not verify the insurance and did not even let me pay out of my own pocket and then bill my insurance since i went with a different company yesterday was my last day to have my old insurance and because of their mistake they won't even give me half off any of my future appointment i have with them this month...management does not care about customer service and does not like to help customers out at all!! Really sad to see how this organization operates

Terrible service. Asked for a call back over a mistake on their end and didn't get one even a week after trying. After one week I finally got the person on the line and was told I was making my request too late. When I said I had been calling and leaving messages and had no calls back she said she would look into it and call me back. Unbelievable!!! So frustrating
