Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Branch Manager Christina Salas helped me with my banking needs and she is the best associate in Bank of America, north Napa. Super friendly and amazing person. Her fast service and intelligent personality made my daily errands much convenient. She is an asset to the bank! Great job Christina! May God bless you and your family!

Can’t comment on the interior, but there are 2 standing ATMs and a drive thru ATM so I love how I rarely need to wait in line to use an ATM compared to the Chase across the street.

Absolutely horrible attitude and customer service (or truly, lack there of) from Jeremy. This branch never has enough people working, the wait is always horrible, and then after that to not get what you need and have them look you in the eye and tell you they didn't have time AND dont care, with other customers in line to witness,? No wonder this branch is failing. Theyve trimmed hours, cut days, etc. There is 1 teller on a Friday afternoon but multiple people sitting in offices doing nothing except chatting with each other? Gross.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Today while waiting in line, I watched the teller tell a 90+ year old lady ( who is obviously hard of hearing) that they could not help her out a stop payment on a check. The customer was told that she should log in go her online account to cancel the check herself because the bank was short staffed. Customer was clear that she does not know his to use a computer. They still refused to help. Stay away from Bank of America. They are the absolute worst.

There was only 1 teller with a line of 20 people. We trust these banks with our money but they don’t have enough money to hire staff to help us… seems suspicious.

If I could give a zero, I would . Not to the teller, but to management. There is one teller and ten people in line. There was 3 when I walked in , 30 minutes ago

So Family Member stuck in Mexico with no money in his account trying to help him out go to Bank of America and try to deposit 300 Box cash they say no you can't take cash for other people's count because of personal safety for their account or some type of book rap so I write a check and after I'm done writing the check she says it will not be available until tomorrow why when you tell me that before I wrote the only check that I have no this guy has no money and S way till tomorrow because a bank doesn't know how to take her their customers when their need The cashier I think her name was suleima Wasn't friendly at all in fact she was kind of a mean little girl what attitude because I was unhappy for the find that they couldn't take cash so instead of trying to make things easier she decides to give me attitude There is reason number 2582 when II will never bank a Bank of America You guys take advantage of the people that bank for you specially the ones that have the least amount of money and you suck

ATM is always out of service here. Worst bank ever! Get your ***T together!!
