Wine Country Inn & Cottages Napa Valley

My husband and I came here for a little getaway and we had a wonderful time. The scenery was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely return for another relaxing getaway.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff was so kind and thoughtful, and the complimentary breakfast was so delicious. It was held in the lobby, which was so cozy and immediately felt like home. The views were spectacular, and we had a cute little patio area to enjoy them from. We were right near some amazing winery’s in St. Helena. We will absolutely be back!

We had an exceptional 1 night stay at the Wine Country Inn & Cottages for my birthday. We walked in to a warm reception and made our way up to our room only to discover we'd been upgraded! They also left us some surprises, including a half bottle of wine and some delicious local chocolates. It truly made my birthday extra special and I'm so grateful. The upgraded room with an enclosed patio was SO romantic - we really enjoyed reading out there with a cup of coffee in our robes the next morning, looking out over the valley and the vines. The shower was also excellent - nice height for my 6'2" husband and great water pressure. Breakfast in the morning was a fabulous touch as well - spinach quiche, sausage and bacon, pastries, fresh fruit, and hot coffee. We would come back here again in a heartbeat, and would love to do so in the summertime to take advantage of the pool.

We stayed here impromptu as the place we originally booked in Napa didn’t meet expectations. This place could not have been more perfect. It was impeccably clean, warm, inviting, and scenic. The views were beautiful. The breakfast was another great surprise, where the quality of the food was obvious. The location was ideal - very short Uber rides to great wineries and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again and encourage others to do the same.

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony view of the vineyards and given a bottle of wine and chocolates. We felt so pampered! It was one of the best parts of our trip to Napa. The grounds/landscaping is so beautiful and the staff were so gracious. Thank you Wine Country Inn and staff, you made this such a magical experience for us!

Great location. Most of the rooms have nice views overlooking a vineyard. Breakfast buffet included. I'm already planning to stay here next trip.

Heaven... The location was close to all the wineries and the views were just awesome AND very private from cottage 29. I'm sure any room has a great view! Very good breakfast also. I'll return for sure!

My husband and I stayed in a balcony room overlooking the vineyard. Not only did it over look them, the vines were right outside the room. Very warm feeling, spacious rooms/bathroom along with a comfy bed/pillows. It felt very private and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend them and plan to return next year. A hidden gem right outside of Napa worth booking.

My husband and I stayed in one of the Vineyard view cottages. The cottage was beautiful with lots of space and a big bathroom. Our patio overlooked a beautiful vineyard and felt very private. It also had a retractable awning which was great. The grounds had beautiful flowers as well. They delivered a pre-selected breakfast to our door each morning which had generous portions. They were very prompt when we reported issues with our air-conditioning. We did have to carry our bags down/up several flights of steps since there was no other access to our cottage. This wasn't a big deal for us, but could be problematic for others. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed in suite #4 which had a walk out patio on to a grassy area. Room was large and comfortable, nice bathroom. The office is above the room so it can get a bit noisy in the morning but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast included was very good, plenty of fresh fruit and options. Was a really nice stay!

The hidden gem in Napa Valley. The location is slightly off the high traffic area but not too far. very quiet. The room is clean and modern. The breakfast is great!

Beautiful property with spacious, well appointed rooms and big modern bathroom. The highlight of the room is the private balcony facing the vineyards and mountains. So relaxing to enjoy a glass of wine out there.
Breakfast was very good and can be delivered to your room to enjoy on the wonderful balcony.

Absolutely gorgeous property! The rooms are updated really nicely and super clean. The free breakfast was also wonderful, would stay here again!

Good location, just away from all of the crowds and traffic of all the wineries. It's tucked away so it's very quiet. The room was great and very comfortable. We were able to sleep with the windows and patio door open! That's how peaceful it was. The breakfast was delivered each morning. You just had to place your order the night before. It came with a choice of eggs, meat, bread, and even add a yogurt or waffle. Parking was ok. Spaces were a little tight. We parked close to our room but I can see it getting crowded if they were at full capacity. The week we were there (week of Thanksgiving), we only saw 3-4 other groups so it was mostly empty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We are planning to stay again, hopefully in the cottages next time. Definitely a good choice.

My husband and I had the best stay at the Wine Country Inn! We enjoyed our mornings spent reading on the patio overlooking the vineyards - it was so peaceful with the sun rising over the fields. The breakfast and coffee were also great! In between wine tastings, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hot tub. If you're looking for a spot to slow down and relax, The Wine Country Inn is perfect!

Wonderful experience, despite Covid restrictions. We stayed a Tuesday and Wednesday in a "cellar room" on the basement floor. The inn was extremely quiet during this time. Breakfast was not offered in the front social area during this time, but was brought to our room each morning, based on a menu and preferred time we gave at check in. Food was absolutely delicious! (Try the veggie quiche!) Sadly, wine socials we're not offered during this time, but we felt safe and all surfaced we're pristinely cleaned in the room. We did get to enjoy the romantic views on the grounds, and service was personal and kind. We would love to come back for a quiet getaway to this romantic little alcove. Highly recommend ♥

Very cute rooms, great views, wonderful experience in the heart of St. Helena.

We had a great experience here last weekend! I accidentally booked the wrong hotel thinking we booked here and they were able to get us in with a rate less than I anticipated (although still very pricey). The rooms were really cute with a fireplace inside and a gorgeous view. The complimentary happy hour was wonderful as well as the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for a romantic weekend or even family getaway. Would definitely return!

Nice property, has a pool and beautiful landscaping. There are a lot of nice views of Vines and the mountains. Our room was very large and had a Jacuzzi tub against a large window. I would recommend eating the included breakfast, the bacon and sausage were delicious. Nice selection of fruit and breads as well. The staff was friendly and professional.

Excellent location, rooms and service. Breakfast included. Rooms have refrigerators, a big plus. Nice pool and beautiful grounds.
